Gee's Heidi...those Limousin cattle sound like they were a 'joy' to work with! We used to have Hereford and a few milkers..can't remember what they were.
Had a very memorable incident with a black Angus that we were trying to get back across the river to his own herd. Needless to say he didn't want to go. He charged me [I was on my wonderful little life saving Arab mare] and had me pinned between , just out of reach, thundering along a boundary fence [which BTW was too high to jump even if I was any good at jumping] with a junction looming... I know I would be banned if I said what was going through my mind at that stage... Needless to say I could think of better ways to die..this was one hell of a BIG bull! To cut things short my partner came charging at the bull from his other flank yahoo'ing and slapping her hat at him like you wouldn't believe...saved my bacon with that distraction...was safe once I was no longer cornered [providing I didn't fall off]..which I didn't.. I wonder if she remembers that day as vividly as I? We were both 17..was I ever really 17? Our years spent draped over rodeo fences had come to my rescue!

Cannot believe that while I was trying to read I missed out on the the finish line...SOB!!!

Bean.... methinks your pooter is loaded with viruses. But I'm no expert on such things. Having an iMac , I cannot get viruses. Unless I'm foolish enough to download Windows software onto it. Which I'm not.

Back to bed. I enjoyed the movie. The music was wonderful.

Heidi we have so much virus protection etc that I'm sure it makes some things run very slowly at times...LOL

There have been some problems with this computer since day one ...before it ever connected to the internet! I always use Firefox... I like it and it is familiar. I was trying to register for a new travel card the other day and I couldn't progress beyond a given point. Lachie came along and opened up Explorer and it worked fine. This sort of stuff does NOT compute in my head ... subtle incapabilities between different programs that are meant to be compatible...

I suspect that this is where the problem lies... this problem has only been around since the last Firefox update... however long ago that was...

I just do not understand enough about computers to know how to check it out. I am just learning what things make it spit the dummy and avoid them.
Have no idea why we were capped so early in the month because that just made the problem worse...
