It's quiet, so I update the software on the pooter, and while I'm doing that, everybody shows up. AND I missed eaa in one of her quickies.

Might as well go feed the critters. Either that or eat worms.

Heidi, my kids can teach you "How to Eat Fried Worms" if you are interested.

I actually can't remember if I've ever eaten them or not. I've eaten darn near everything that is in the animal kingdom (that isn't endangered).

I still haven't made it outside to feed. AND IH has gotten back. First thing he asked was "What's for dinner?"

I finally got my tree up, but plan on decorating it tonight. I still need to wrap all the presents, too (except the ones to the In-Laws... they already have theirs).

As I was going outside to feed, there was a BIG crash of thunder, and the sky opened up. The critters can wait until this is over.

Stella - JB is an Australia-wide retailer of CDs, videos, computer equipment, cameras, etc. Love that place! There's a store right near home - Every time I go I see more things I "need"! (I know, I sound like an ad!)
My tree is up and looks spleniferous! Now I just have to clean the house, make the garden look respectable - Rob's just mowed the lawns, that's a great start - the grass was so high you could lose people! It's all looking very Christmassy and jolly!

Ok, that should be "splendiferous" - which is a perfectly good word if spelt correctly!

We had a lovely breakfast and exchanged our gifts. Sharon was not here as they had taken Laura to a Wiggles concert. Waiting for them to come now so Laura can make a cake for her Pa's birthday. (Fancy having a birthday 4 days before Christmas!!)

June I have a Neice who's birthday is 2 days after Christmas, and a brother who's birthday is 4 days after Christmas

As well as the Aunt, Nephew, Cousin birthdays on the 2nd, 6th and 9th January.
The cousin who's birthday is on the 9th, is coming down to Albany with her tribe on the 10th, so I will get to see them whilst I am in Albany, they stay at the Caravan Park next to the one we stay at. She lives in Country WA, so dont get to see her much during the year.

Just have to mop the floor, and the house will be as clean as it gets.
Will do a 'quick' run around clean on Wednesday. Hubby will mow lawns and pull out a weed or two in the garden on Wednesday.
Christmas Lunch is at my house on Thursday.
