HEIDI, thanks for the heads up on Jazzy, she has aged off the new member list already, I would have missed her! I left a message and a link to SA7 for her to find her way here if she wants.

GOOD Maen Sudokuland.

I need coffee, lots of coffee to get going today. althugh I went to bed early, I was soon back up and awake, my back was complaining. I think Heidi's back ache was contagious! Once I did get to sleep boy did i sleep hard and long!

Woke to cloudy skies and cooler temps, after that rain storm went through temps fell a bit, not cold, but cooler. Temp is 57 F headed for 70 and OH NO, my fav weather site no longer posts temps in F and C , I will have to find my temp conversion table again. 13C to 21C Boy computers are NICE places to find information.

Nothing much planned for today. Al needs to get some materials to build a connector kit for a customer, brackets he uses and screws. I might ride with him today. We have lots of leftovers here also, I shall most likely have dressing to freeze for later hehe. I made a pan of it would have fed the entire extended family, but he does love it so, and I make it low fat so it is allowed. I have to watch it, it is a carb and only a small m-amount counts as one carb serving, save for the cranberry sauce that must go with. It is either dressing and cranberry sauce or dessert. OH I did have one slice of pumpkin pie left, and that is only ONE carb serving. I must buy more pumpkin!

I'm up, but not happy about it. The back is still hurting (the next epidural pain block isn't for 2 more weeks) and I'm feeling very sorry for myself.

I was conversing a little with Jazzy last night, while falling asleep. She left this PM for me which I thought I'd share.

Nice to meet you as well. Now the strange flowers make sense. Haha! Thank you. It's quite interesting that I have been trying to find somewhere to play Sudoku online and my dad received the messages that you guys had left with the funeral home in Cheraw this morning. (That's how I found you out here in cyberspace.)

While munching on a turkey wing for lunch, I just broke off one of my front teeth. Bad time to get hold of a dentist.

OH HEIDI, good luck finding a dentist! Sorry this has happened to you, this has not been your best Christmas has it? If you do not have a dentist amongst your friends, perhaps one of your friends does? Someone should have a number for getting a dentist at home, being a small town. I know I found my small town dentist on a holiday weekend, once when I had a problem. Someone I knew had his home number and said "call him, he will not mind". I did and he did not.

I hate to bother my dentist on a holiday weekend. She has a family too. I have super glued the tooth back together, and am now weighing the pros and cons of 2 different glues to re-attach it myself.

Superglue Heidi??? Nothing if not creative...

Rolanda, too excited to sleep? I think it's very early in WA so you might still be around. Don't forget to take photos!

MizT, I really have to do some work to get to know more about balancing a diet. Could I just suck that info out of your brain please?

The tooth broke into 3 pieces. Those fit back together nicely with super glue. I just re-attached it in the mouth using an epoxy sculpt that I've used before to re-attach crowns.... my dentist likes it.... it holds, but is easy for her and her techs to remove. I already have a dental appointment scheduled in 1 1/2 weeks, so I figure I'll hold our 'til then.

Before I go.....

"Oh, please excuse me!" said the bunny. "I didn't mean to trip over you, but I'm blind and couldn't see you there." "That's perfectly all right," replied the snake. "It was MY fault. I didn't mean to trip you, but I'm blind too, and I didn't see you coming. By the way, what kind of animal are you?" "Well, I really don't know," said the bunny. "Since I'm blind, I've never seen myself. Perhaps you could examine me and then we'll both know?"So the snake felt the bunny all over and said, "Well, you're soft and cuddly; you have long silky ears, a fluffy little tail and a twitchy little nose ... you must be a BUNNY RABBIT!" [The little blind bunny was so pleased at this that he danced with joy.] The bunny said, "I can't thank you enough. What kind of animal are you, sir?" The snake said he didn't know, for the same reason. The bunny agreed to examine him, and when he finished the snake asked, "So, what kind of animal am I?" The bunny said, "You're hard, you're cold, you're slimy, and you haven't got any balls -- you must be a lawyer."

After Broni and Gail's cryptic comments about easy I couldn't resist going back to see what they were talking about. I agree Gail, you have populated the world enough and Karen's suggestion definitely would not work. And yes, it took me as long as it took Karen to work out what you meant by that - naughty!

I came online to tell you all a neat craft idea. Do not throw away your Christmas cards, many of them are suitable for making gift name tags for next year. My sister had done this and they were so cute. she cut the graphic from the card, they turned out all different sizes. some cards yielded more than one widely spaced graphic so could be cut into more than one tag/ After they were cut, she used a hole punch, punched a hole in one corner and strung them with narrow silver or gold ribbon. All ready to put To and From on the back and tie on packages. I am going to save mine for that!

My little beastie boy is feeling better. My aunt and uncle took the two boys today. They went out to lunch, then a movie and then for ice cream. My mom can't believe I said ok for the ice cream as it will ruin dinner, but, they are the great aunt and uncle and are allowed to spoil the kids if they want to. One night of desert before dinner will not ruin the boys. Maybe I should have desert first also.

I watched Horton Hears a Who last night. When it was in theatres d1 wanted to go to a movie that d2 wasn't allowed to see. The only thing even close to appropriate for her was Horton so I took her to that while d1 was at the other movie even though it seemed like it would be too young for her. I loved it!!
