I think 'Home among the Gum trees' is one of my favourites.
But songs by Aussie artists - 2 favourites - Russell Morris 'Real Thing' and Billy Thorpe's 'It's almost summer' - althugh I do love 'Wings of a Eagle' and 'Most people I know" as well by Russell and Billy.

Love the old Aunty Jack but he/she used to scare the out of my kids when they first saw her/him.

Love Russell Morris and the Real Thing...don't know if he ever gets up your way Cyn but we have been to see him at local gigs many times...can't get enough of him...even dragged Lachie along to meet the boys...they were very encouraging ... Lachie was at that stage composing along with playing the guitar...that all seems to have gone out the window. He isn't even coming to hear Jeff Beck on Tuesday at the Palais... we are probably far too uncool.

The cool spell seems to be over..it is starting to warm up again.
