Cool sunny morning here, which will warm up to a nice fall day later. Maybe I should feed that machine one last load??

My shoulder hurts all of the time. It got a lot worse after I got the cortisone shot in it. I'm going to look for a physical therapist today. How are you doing?

Hi, Heidi and MizT! I'm trying to read the comments made while I slept. It just never ends! By the way, I'd go for a cup of hot chocolate. (We had amazing hot chocolate in Ljubljana, Slovenia - more like warm chocolate pudding - served with a spoon.)

I'm off to ride my bike to yoga and then to a meeting. It's much colder out now in the a.m. and hard to get motivated to get on that bike and do that 35 minute ride over hills to the next town...but gonna give it a go - don't know how long I'll keep this up as winter moves in.

Stella, had physical therapy for a couple of months this summer for my knees. It helped them, but made the sciatica much worse. Finally saw the back specialist mid-Sept. He suggested . . . physical therapy. Hubby has been going to therapy for HIS sciatica (improving, but his specialist is talking about fusing 2 vertebra). I figured he could show me his exercises & I could save a few dollars in case knee specialist says it's time for the replacements. Isn't getting older fun?

Go for the therapy. It can help, though might hurt more at first. Take care of yourself!

Vici, have a good ride! Hot chocolate sounds good this morning although it's not as cold this morning as it was yesterday. The mountains north of me were supposed to get snow last night! Yikes!

our overnight temps will warm starting tonight, last night was our coolest to date. AND hubby has had heat on at night for a few days. My sinuses are complaining, probably will all winter. He gets soo cold since his heart surgery and he never complained of cold before. He was like a HEATER and I snuggled up to him to keep warm.

Maybe Heidi did get booted. Although, it doesn't seem as strict as it used to be. Was it Gail who got booted for the name of her town? That was a long time ago. I got booted once for the poem, "The Owl and the Pussycat."

JULIE, I agree, old age is not for wimps! But I shall grow old as gracefully as possible, considering I do not relish the only alternative to old age!

I had to go back out and disassemble a frozen arm on the tractor, lube it and put it back together. Meanwhile, on SA6, no posts.

hi all. too much reading! i did some. my busy day was even busier than planned. i was in the car all day. yep, i have one of these smilies as that is my full time, unpaid job!

one of the draw backs of being busy is that the house suffers for it. i was home long enough to get lunches and dinners on, but not long enough to clean it all up! so today i clean. tonight i have my therapy session!

mizt- i am going to get that book as soon as i am done with my current one. i love reading about big italian families. there is so much drama in them! sort of like real italian families! if there isn't real drama they will blow a little thing way out of purportion to make it look big. never a dull moment!
