Good morning all! So many pages since yesterday! Hope everyone is doing well!
Hubby is the one organized re the Christmas tree. He knew the kids would love a real tree, it is just a lot of work finding the perfect one. At least it will save me all of the time it takes to put the artificial one together. Since we cut down the tree ourselves, the likelihood of it drying out and catching on fire is slim to none. It usually lasts 2 months before the needles start to fall.

MizT, I don't know how to send Mariana the taxi avatar.

I've been trying to find time to find a Fall avatar, but I haven't found one yet.

Ian had a soccer game yesterday and they won. They beat a team that nobody has ever been able to beat. Now the varsity team is challenging them to a game. I don't know how they could do that since the boys are not even allowed to practice with varsity unless they pass a physical fitness test. Ian thinks they could beat varsity. Boys always seem to have to prove something!

I'm thinking of going to Brendan's game tomorrow. It would mean missing Ian's game and driving home late at night. I probably won't get home until 1am. I guess I'll check with Brendan first to see if he thinks he will be playing. He knows a freshman from the opposing team who he played on the same soccer team since he was 12. This will be the first time he plays one of his old teammates.

Dreary day today! Maybe the storm will bring down a lot of the leaves. My neighbor who is retired has been mowing/raking his lawn every day! Jerry raked our yard on Sunday and it looks like it was never done!
