Mamacita, I very nearly bought a brain development game last week. Decided I should wait until I found my brain again, it's still missing! The one you describe sounds interesting...

Heidi, I have been to Louisville. Arrived around midnight and stayed at a hotel with a night club downstairs. I parked in the 15 minute check in space, a club patron was yelling at an employee (who had told him to move his car from the same spot earlier) as I walked back to mine to get my bags... I confessed to owning the car, almost got yelled at too but employee told the guy I was allowed to be there to check in and stood between us until I got out of the way. Luckily he was gone when I went back to move the car!

RolaDahlia, was so busy reading past pages (still not caught up) I missed your post! I'd love to see a photo of you with curls....

Phew! Finally caught up. Look what happens when hubby hogs the computer! And he's still not done yet....

Susan, d1 could save money if she didn't love reading so much. Every penny she gets seems to go on books! She put a list of about 15 more she wants on the fridge the other day. That addiction would be less painful in the States where books seem to cost at least half as much, sometimes 1/3.

My girls try to straighten my hair, so far without success! They haven't tried since I cut it short though.

I was reading that even little things like brushing your teeth with your nondominant hand helps ward off dementia....wish I could find an equally easy way to get fit. Anyway, I'm off again, festival on in town tonight, so that's a night off for me.

Susan, I sometimes feel dementia has already set in! Peoople look at my calendar and say - dear, there's your problem, but some people manage to do what I do AND work a full time job!!

There has been a lot of discussion about the number one song on your birth date, exercise (or lack of), mamacita is starting to use a program that is supposed to help you think better (hehe, that's sort of what it does)... um... Becky's husband says a cork in her ear might stop her brain leaking out... can't think of anything else right now!

My kids stopped sleeping during the day time at 18 months old. I used to wish they would, but reading your posts has shown me that I was actually lucky!

Maen Sudoluland. I am up early cause we are expecting a tech to come check phone/internet lines today. Al has spent about 4 hours on phone with a tech, 2 hours on 2 occasions, and they cannot find why my internet goes away for no reason. Of course, it is working at the moment. Want time to get dressed, make my bed, and straighten clutter at my desk, since my desk is where the internet box thingy is. MAYBE I can again chat on MSN once they find our problem!

Hi tricia, I am here! Have been watching a bit of TV and all blocked up with a cold so I am not sure if I will get much sleep.
Laura has been asleep for quite a while and has been moved back to her own bed. (always goes to sleep in my bed with grandma reading her a story)

Ahhh, June, how sweet, little one going to sleep to a story being read. I remember youngest daughter, and hubby, him reading her to sleep nights. Nice memory that brought back. Thanks.

OH, an addition to Rolanda's History of Topps! Yep, ture, I had top of page post for the first 7 pages of the new SA pages. That was because I was THERE all the time hehehe. I got so accustomed to being on the puter during the Last To Post Contest, I could not step away!

But Little Miss Rolanda forgot to mention her part in TOPPS history. She started keeping the TOPPS numbers and posting them, and others tried to catch me. We got away from TOPPS for a while, till newcomers saw it mentioned and were interested in reviving the game.

Don't give up Susan, just keep posting.
