Jane, you must be in great shape with playing tennis! I played a few times when I was at Smuggler's Notch and it was a hard workout. (Of course, it was a little harder with my torn glute!)

Good morning, y'all! It's a beautiful day in Ruby, SC. The temp may hit 90*, but the air is dry and there's a breeze. Have a great day!

CynB - sorry to hear about yet another delay with the Wally. So glad we are continuing our plans to celebrate despite delays...I think it will be a positive affirmation to a successful close!

I had to have my 13 year old niece (Haley) explain to me that LOL was Laugh Out Loud... and here I was thinking it meant Lots Of Love! Guess they both put a smile on your face!

ROFL is roll on floor laughing. In case you needed to ask. I'm just learning these expressions myself and am always pleased when I can decipher the code.

I am home, I survived the test, and now I am going for a nap. I earned it today. Catch up with everyone later. thanks for the thoughts and good wishes, took them in with me and thought about them instead of what was going on. a nice distraction.

SUZY, think it was Stella, cause i remember the part about "I am still not caught up reading" But I agree, you must be in a lot better shape than I am, could not have walked the 4 hours myself.

If you could see me limping around this morning MizT you might change your mind. My calf muscles are REFUSING to work properly! It took an hour lunch break and a lot of 'remember why you're heres' to keep me going...

Morning Suzy, MizT, Heidi, Vici, Rena, Ruby etc.

Suzy - that's the trouble with doing something like that - it's often fine at the time - but the next day you suffer. Just keep reminding your self why you did it. And, as you do it more often your body will adapt.

Now we all need to start thinking good thoughts about her results.
May the results of the tests give MizTricia answers, and the results she wants.

So very not here! I am currently stuck on hold and my daughter also asked me to look up directions on the pooter so what else was I to do?
I am also waiting for the dishwasher repairman, he was supposed to come on Monday but they rang to say he has the 'flu! Sure hope he feels better today, hope he isn't offended by me greeting him wearing a surgical mask!!! Been without dishwasher for a week now, although it's been dodgy for a while, and have had to relearn the 'art' of hand washing.

I suppose being a Victorian our Ekka holds no interest. It's only we born and bred Queenslanders who have a soft spot for it. Having said that, I'm not going. It's not what it used to be and is too expensive and I can't deal with crowds in my dotage. I'll go if my grandies want me to go but otherwise, stay well away.

Hi again to all! I had a wonderfully clever, witty comment disappear into cyberland earlier today. I just don't understand why my best work goes up in smoke, so to speak, and we are left with the bland ol stuff...ah well, I'll attempt to recall some of what I wanted to impart... Miz T, I wished you well today and am happy that you have made it past still another effort to test your staying power....glad to see how you maintain your cheerful outlook in the face of the many invasions necessary to keep you healthy! Good onya!
Ruby, I thank you for filling in my blanks re the party/cruise....and will find something suitable to wear with boas and tiaras, since my wig and lack of clothing idea seemed to be frowned upon...With this fab cyber body that I've dreamed up I must do something spectacular...just don't know what ....yet???? I said much more but time and age have eroded the memory cells for now....Hope those who are ailing heal, those healing continue, those traveling do it safely, and the rest of us do the best we can...Peace!

BTW Gail - nice avatar - another MizT? Or now that you've worked out smileys, are you going on to creating avatars?

Oh no! Have you organised brekky as well? Then there is definitely going to be plenty to eat!
for the avatar compliments, I did it all myself! Well, that's not strictly correct, I found the 'Gail' on images but I sized it all by my widdle self. Sad isn't it when you google yourself!
Bikky anyone?

No longer on hold, and daughter hasn't rung back to say she is lost so I suppose I should turn the pooter off so I don't get sprung!
Dishwasher guy still hasn't turned up but they did say between 12 and 3 so he still has a while.
Catch you all later.
