Evening all. Back for a short visit...

I have always had trouble with repeat posts in here. For example, I can't post just 'good morning' or 'good maen', I have to add something else or it just goes away - always has done. Very similar to in the chat room where you couldn't post the same thing more than once.

I'm glad to hear I'm not the only one with an easily identifiable laugh! And if I try not to do it, I snort! Hubby shakes his head and grins every time...

June I'm so glad they worked out what was wrong and fixed it! Broni says the outlook is good from here and I choose to believe her. I'm sorry you missed your movie. Sharon and Laura must be wonderful people to inspire such dedication...

Switched to wine as I'm tired of thinking. Ebob has me tying myself in knots at the moment. She has just had 2 weeks of tests, which I found about at the end of the 2 weeks - no studying, no planning, nothing!

Unfortunately, Dino contacted me earlier today to say there was not a bed for her at the hospital! We had lunch together anyway and I will pop down tomorrow to take her to the hospital. Supposedly they will have a bed for her then!

June...I am SO glad that they found Sharon's problem/ nightmare and she's had the surgery. My god, you've been through it! Now I hope her recovery is completely uneventful.

When I met up with Susan/Ingham earlier in the year, my daughter took a short video on my mobile phone.
All I can hear is my laugh! There is nothing worse than hearing yourself on tape, I don't believe I sound anything like that!

Ruby, you certainly are the ideas girl. Will contemplate taking a video at the meet when Rena is here. As with the photos, have to seek permission from everyone to use it.

Dino, you certainly got in quick with your post-lunch post. It was good wasn't it. Wonder how many ears were burning?

Don't look at scales Suzy. It puts you off when the numbers do not decrease.
You will be able to tell yourself without the scales help you are losing weight.

Girl in bed, washing on, child care said she got her shoes wet but when I got home they were not in her bag,,,,,,so no shoes. Will have to call at the house tomorrow for more shoes and clothes.
Talked to Sharon on the phone tonight and she is sounding a bit brighter. Glad it is over and now just get over the Op.

Must now clean up the kitchen. Hubby is sitting watching TV. Does not think that I might feel tired.

And now...the case of the missing shoes!

Suzy, the scales may take a while to drop but with all that walking one day you will hop and and find the fat that is turning to muscle is changing and the weight is dropping.
Left my glasses in with Laura so hope I am making sense!!
