Hello, Stella. Good to see you posting again. Computer cutting itself off, huh? That's what mine did with its last virus.
Meghan's hungry? I thought all teens were hungry. I hope that's what it is. It sounds like someone likes her work. When and where are her articles published?

Hubby got the ok to start doing things again yesterday after his eye operation a month ago. His vision hasn't cleared yet though because all of the blood has not dissapated yet.
Max has soccer tryouts this evening. It will be good for him to do something. He's just been hanging around and not doing much.

Hi Stella,
I'm sure Meghan will be ok, she will sort out the food she likes soon.
It isn't just boys. My youngest, Emily, left last night to go to Canada for 4 weeks and didn't do any packing at all until Monday evening and then had to finish it off before leaving yesterday at 4pm.

Stella, I'm glad hubby is progressing.
Brenda, if you want to go to a nude beach, go right ahead. June will never know and Gail will be impressed.
Good morning, y'all! The weather in Ruby is very pleasant at the moment -- sunny, 70's, with a nice breeze.

Emily will have a great time visiting in Canada! Are there any kids her age around?
Well, it seems that I have taken up enough time and space. So back to the laundry!
Have a great day everyone! Hope everyone that has any procedures or ailments is recovering quickly!

Ruby, I have no problem if people want to use nude beaches, but I am more than ample in size and not a pretty sight
so prefer to be covered. If I were 20 years younger and slimmer I would be there myself.

Morning all!
No kids have emerged yet so I have a while to explore. I have WAY too many tabs open though so everything is taking forever!
I wonder how cold they got?????

Stella, when I moved to the States I was hungry for a year. I was eating enough, but because the food was different I never felt like I had eaten properly. Hopefully it is the same with Meghan and she will be fine... Differences in food are great when you are on a holiday, but disconcerting when it's full time.

It's 5.2 deg C outside according to the internet. No wonder the girls have just attempted to light the fire again. The cloud of smoke has disappeared so I'm not sure if they were actually successful or gave up!

Hi Suzy,
My niece also has a three month old baby so she needs all the good wishes. Her Dad, my brother, says she has taken to motherhood surprisingly well. Though they, her future husband, the baby and her are living with her mother at present they want a place of their own as mother is trying to take over the baby.
While my brother has been over here the little family moved into his place, but they don't have the room for that to be permanent.

Brenda, I don't blame them for wanting to move out. We lived with my mother while waiting to get into this house and she did the same thing. Only difference was that I was in my 30s and had been managing quite well on my own (away from home) for over 18 years, and with kids for over 7 years!!!!

Bean, the girls have been camping since they were babies (I was pregnant with ebob when we went camping at Kings Canyon, CA). They were bemoaning the fact we hadn't been this year, hence the mid-winter session. First ever in mid-winter! The visitors are going home today, but our girls have asked to stay out again tonight - the definition of insanity!!!

Hi Ruby, how is your day going so far?
We used to have chickens and will again soon, and we sometimes have other people's horses in the paddock. We also have 6 quails in an aviary and a budgie in the house.
Texas 42 is played with dominoes and is like some card games with bidding, trumps, tricks and game.
