Good to see you are recovering nicely Broni.
I had a lovely day yesterday at Taree and last night here on my own !! lol
My boys are due home here very shortly from the camping trip.
Must print off the puzzles and go outside and have a coffee and do them before they hit the deck and bring all the washing etc.
Back to normal then

Broni, I, too, am glad you have someone there with you. Don't tick Teresa off: she might go home.

Gail, you guys had a meet-up and didn't take pictures and race to post them? I'm shocked!

Liz did take photos of our desserts! We also had a very cute young waiter take a group photo of us. Liz thinks it might be a bit blurry but said she would put it up on her page anyway. Not sure if she has, will go check now.

Nup, not yet! I know she is out today so maybe by tonight, our time, she night have put them up. I left a very nice subtle note on her page about it!

Hey Ruby, it has been like a girls pajama party this weekend. Teresa, Bella and me who is not allowed to do anything except sloth around being waited on hand and foot. Pigging out on chocie ,laté and milos (couple of scotches but they didn't taste right yet) Hard life but someone has to do it! hehe!

I have my outdoor stove going here, wood fired one.
I am cooking a piece of pork for the lunches in it at the moment.
I have just done a small typing job for someone up the street, so must phone and tell him to come and collect it.
Then will go back to sitting by the fire and do my puzzles.

Afternoon all! I've just come back to abuse the people who left me alone in chat this morning - you know who you are! Thanks to you FORCING me to do stuff, I have just spent hours and hours and hours doing STUFF!!!!! And it's all your fault! If you'd kept chatting with me, I would have kept putting it off... Feel much better now.(P.S. Hubby and kids don't mind at all- they have cupboards full of clothes, dusted things etc)

BTW I feel better because I vented, not cause you slackers sent me off and stuff actually got done!!!!

Ruby, Milo is a chocolate drink base you can drink either hot or cold...really wicked when you want to have a night in with all the other goodies.

Like Elise i am on my own. Took Hubby to the airport this morning and he is now in Vietnam.
Had Laura here last night and I was a bit worried about taking herwith me this morning as I had no idea what the traffic would be like with roads closed in the area because of the Pope visit. However keeping to the motorways there was very little traffic.

Broni, it is so good to see you home and so bright and able to keep us all on our toes!!

Laura has now finished her time on the 'stage'. after all the rehearsals and 10 performances she is a bit put out that it is all over. Her comment is 'I like being on the stage'. She will be three next month.

I am popping in without reading to put on the coffee pot and wish you all a good Maen! I slept late this morning and have been playing catch yup here with stuff.

Now I can go back and read what you chatty ladies have been talking about and maybe check outthe chat room even.

How you feeling today? Yep, not much "stuff" you can do for a few weeks, so be content to pay games, work puzzles and chat in chat room, read a book, take a nap, and find something good for breakfast.

Oh Shosho my recovery has been amazing, from the day after the op when my surgeon gave me the 'high five' and told me I could go home, everything has been improving in leaps and bounds, not that I am leaping or bounding mind you!
Yes getting better, but when I am bad I am even better!

Suzy, many thanks for the virtual food. yes, I am on clear liquids, and hungry! The broth seemed more like food than all the sweet stuff, but had almost NO CALORIES, funny huh?

I had my coffee this morning, and then iced tea and jello and a banana popcycle. then the entire tin of broth, and thinking about opening another hehe,

OH Broni, I have a large cup of " why bother" every morning, infact I have 2 or 3 of them, Low fat or skim milk, sweet and low and Decreased cafien coffee, and I like it that way hehe

Hi Broni is it raining where you are, it is here on Bribie but I dont think it will do much. Morning to everyone. I had a wonderful sleep over with the grandkids on Saturday night, wore me out though, as usual. Grocery shopping this morning so I'd better hop in th shower and get ready.
