MizT I used to own a café and you would not believe the orders we got, food and drinks. But I always served it with a cheery smile while JD was in the kitchen going off his nut saying things like "if they want hard poached eggs I will send them out boiled eggs" makes me laugh just thinking about it.

When I was in hospital having the big H they had me on clear liquids for the first day or so afterwards. The yummiest, tastiest, most delicious clear liquids I have ever tasted!!! I wanted to ask for the recipe...

Tricia, all the best for tomorrow. We will be thinking of you. I got a new battery for my Time Card so once I work out how to reset it I will be able to keep track of the times around the world. (I keep it beside the pooter)

Glad you are up to making cups of tea Broni...does the scotch still taste a bit strange? You'll be right once all the effects of the anaesthetics are completely out of the system.

Hey Bean, a good waitress always inquires, the customer should never need to ask.
As for NUTS hope you are not allergic M'am!
Yep coffee machine and kettle will be put on in the morning so MizT can enjoy her broth (yeachk!)
May be a little later than normal but trust me will be worth the wait.

Hi all,
Good to see you up and about Broni. May I have a cappacino, unless you make the tea in a pot rather than dunking a tea bag, if so make mine a tea with a dash of milk and no sugar.
Tricia, hope your tests go well today.

Elise, just remember when buying clothes that you have a big advantage over TALL people. If something you buy is too long then you can have it taken up. Us tall people have to search for things which are long enough. Very rarely is it possible to lengthen an article of clothing. (to be honest it isn't too bad now but when I was younger I could never find clothing which were long enough in the leg or sleeves)

They are thermal lined drapes June.
I need a few more rings but have hung them up
and hopefully some of the wrinkles will drop out of them overnight.
I may have to take them up slightly, I do not like them hitting the floor.
But yes, a massive improvement on the old goldy
coloured ones we have had up for years and years.

Cool here but I am not going outside. AC on but will probably hop into bed soon and watch TV in there. Do not sleep as well with Hubby away.

Maen Sudoluland. May I place my coffee order for later? EXTRA large, and a no bother . . . half de caf, skim milk and 2 packets of sweet and low!
I should be back home in about 7 or 8 hours, maybe longer if we go out for lunch and then a bit of grocery shop, and hope the coffee is waiting then!
