Elise hubby does some consultancy work, about one day a week, but sometimes has to go overseas. I have had a couple of trips with him. One to london and a couple to Vietnam (where he is now)

Elise, a meal would be nice, but I could kill for a cup of coffee this morning!

AND no broth for me this morning, could have NOTHING except this bottle of awful tasting stuff that does nasty things to yur insides!

Thanks for the good wishes, I am told I will be sleeping like a baby while they do this test, so not a problem.

I just have a fruit juice in the morning. Not into having tea or coffee first thing.
Actually must remember to pick some oranges. They are ripe now and there is nothing like juice 5 minutes after being picked.

Off to the shower and then get hubby up, must leave in a couple hours, wish I could just go back to sleep till time to go!

Seeing I have got back out of bed to do the puzzles I will put the coffee pot on early and Broni can refresh when she gets up. We must have it ready for MizT when she gets home.

Elise, Stevenage has rather a lot of roundabouts. If you do a search on SG1 2JT uk you will see exactly where I live. When the map comes up my house is just under the name Stevenage. There is a little white dot just below the t that was a small pool we used to have in our back garden. It hasn't been there for 8 years so just shows how old some of the pictures are.

YOO HOO, I am home, and had my first cup of coffee, and now I am going to bed, still sedated, and now I have the tummy pains I did not have last night when more expected. OH, first cup of coffee was not at home, it was from a fast food emporium, across street from hospital, that is why the faux cream stuff. Next time I shall take a small container of my milk and have real "why bother" coffee hehehe

Thanks Broni, You have not lost the touch. Order remembered and correct. I will send up some oranges from my tree for the fresh juice.

Suzy do you ever have to carry out the threat of making them walk to school?
It wouldn't work on Em as school is less than a mile from home and can be walked in less than 15 minutes.

Hi Brenda, glad you enjoyed your cuppa, nothing like a well made cup of tea. Reminds me of a much slower time, when you would wait for the tea to brew in the pot, I always wanted the last pour when the tea was really strong.

I have a dilemma - first day back at school... Do I spend the day cleaning up the mess they've made, sleeping, or do I go over town and sit all alone in a coffee shop enjoying the peace and quiet? The latter seems a waste after already enjoying Broni's cups this morning.

Hey Broni, I have 2 friends who like their tea really really really weak. One of them has the boiling water put in the cup, then a tea bag half dunked into it and quickly pulled out again! Yuck!

I picked three fresh oranges and juiced them for breakfast. Thanks for the reminder!

Yeah Zusy I have a friend even shorter than me who has three grains of coffee in her cup...why bother?? She is happy with it that is the main thing! Wonder how many cups you could get out of the one tea bag?

LOL Broni, I use a fresh one for her each time!

The bower birds keep looking to make sure I'm not watching them before they come down. If I'm looking up they fly away. I guess the concept of glass is beyond them?

I am sure they will get tamer as time goes by Suzy. have you put out some blue things for them.
