I can't believe I posted the last post on a page and didn't post just one more time!!!

Oh Suzy...the picture you need to imagine is even worse...I was running down the hill.....not hall...of one of the poshest streets in Toorak..arrrgh...there goes my credibility!!! What a sight...one scantily clad student nurse racing after a bus as fast as she could go....which isn't very fast when you are only 5'& a bit with very short legs.....[the bus driver thought it VERY funny]

Broni, you did an excelent job of not only making but serving coffee yesterday while I was indisposed. Many thanks sweetie. I would not blqme the entire page from abandoning my serve yourself coffee pot and demanding cafe service now, you have spoilt them! So, any day you want, espically while you are recovering, you may serve up morning goodies.

I am off to catch up on STUFF that did not get done Sunday and Monday. The dishwasher fairy did not come, and my kitchen counters ( benches) need cleaning. I did feed that machine and it is ourring nicely now, but still lots to do.

I thought only going out to get the paper yesterday would stop me, but it did not.
There was a coffee shop a couple of doors down so I ordered one to take away. ARghghghhghg

Glad I was not that guy in the US where the car crashed through the shop window while he was inside having coffee. ARghhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh

I limit my cafe coffees to when I meet up with friends. You'd think that would be occasionally only, but it works out to 3 times a fortnight, unless I run into my friend Trish....

Today I get to do all the things I didn't do yesterday. I'm warming up first though. It's cold here this morning!!!!

Well CG told me I should post the sheep joke on easy so I did.... It went through even with the words that are questionable (I starred the b word but thought 'c0cky' would get me banned)

Some few of us have very good reasons for not being online today. I lost internet service with a T storm going through, Then it would come back up, and I woold try to sign in, and service would be gone again. After almost getting here for 4 times, I gave up in disgust and took a nap.

I am doing very well at taking naps yesterday and today. I found out I got a double dose of the laa laa land medicine during my test, when they encountered a problem the doc thought could be solved with a bit deeper relaxation of muscles. Nope, did not work, but it sure left me taking doubly long to get over the anesthesia. Being tired and sleepy and forgetful is how it affects people. Now, how am I to know the difference between that and what passes for normal for me??

Suzy, I thought that was a very funny joke! glad it went up on Easy, I should toddle on over and check it out online. I forwarded a copy on to my hubby, he has not mentioned it yet, well, come to think of it, he might not have read it yet, his computer also was offline, and he has spent the day working on a computer for a customer also.

Took the car to the shops yesterday and almost ran into a friends car, think the brain is still in neutral.

The first thing I do every morning is turn on the coffee machine [best gadget I've ever bought] and once it is fired up I start the day with a wonderful latte in one hand and the mouse in another....bliss.
Have been trying to restrict myself to just one cup...but it is sooooooooo difficult. Now if I get to go shopping in the bickie aisle....
My little coffee machine [a Gaggia] needs to go in for a service but I am such an addict I don't think I could live without it for a few days!! Next time we go away I must drop it in to the shop.

BTW Tricia...I did end up catching the bus...there was a stop sign at the bottom of the hill and it HAD to stop there! He he....wish someone had taken a photo!! Will try and find a photo of me at 18 to scan for you all to have a giggle!
