Hi Mel! In my heart of hearts I would love to see Ivanovic & Federer win, but my brain tells me Henin & Nadal will probably be the winners. I have been disappointed by Henin's poor sportsmanship several times now, & I think it would be much more exciting for Ana to win her first major than to have Henin repeat again. Likewise it would be great to see Federer win his first French & tie Rod Laver's record of winning 4 consecutive Grand Slams. I'll get to watch the women tomorrow, but on Sunday we'll be on our way up to Fripp. You'll have to cheer Roger on for both of us!!

To share my family celebration here in Wangaratta with some of my special 'sudoku family' was more than I could possibly ask for. We are lifelong, family friends and I cherish that. I only wish we didnt live so far apart.

Gday Emels, what a couple of busy weeks you've had! It was an absolute pleasure to meet you. Chances like that don't happen very often but I've now learnt to jump in to new situations with gusto.

So brekky it shall be at the CBH (Cottesloe Beach Hotel- obviously at Cott Beach, obviously a(n) hotel (but an old one)).
On Saturday, August 18th at 9.30am (to allow for a sleep-in).
Dresscode is dead cash (hard sounding ‘sh’) but tiara’s are compulsory...unless you’re a bloke – you’re exempt if you have a note from your mum/wife (or some lollies for me).
If you would like to join us please let me know on my page as I shall need numbers to confirm the booking.
