Mel, when my son's 2nd grade teacher asked to see us she showed us a great looong list. She had started to list his misdemeanors starting at 8.30am with him climbing into the rubbish basket. Thinking back we never actually read the list, but at the time, it certainly had its effect!

Hey Emels, I finally got around to posting to you woooo! hooooo! Thanks so much for a great Sat and Sun, I had a fantastic time. Mel, I saw your question regarding migraine cures for your friend. There are all sorts of "cures", but since each migraine is unique, one has to experiment to see which one finally works. There are lots of medicines targeted for migraines, some of which are over-the-counter. There is also accupressure, the area next to the thumb and the temple area. Cold cloth or warm cloth on the forehead, dark room, or relaxation techniques. For me what worked last time, (if the migraine wasn't caused by caffiene), was coca cola and chocolate. The quick infuse of caffiene and sugar does something to the blood vessels in the head that counteracts the migraine. Hope your friend feels better. It is not fun to have a migraine!
