Hi, Emels! I am in the process of putting together a sudoku cookbook and have a few questions on some of the recipes. In your Yummy Meatball recipe, the first ingredient says "500g mince". Since I am not familiar with a lot of Aussie terms, perhaps "mince" means what we call "hamburger meat" or "ground beef". Or did you intend to write "minced beef"? Help!!!

Hi Mel, great to catch up with you & everyone when we were in Perth but so sorry about your eye - She's such a cutie but kids huh? Anyway has it all healed yet? it wasn't looking too good on the night. Hope alls well. Came home last week with laryngitis and the flu - THANK YOU PERTH!!! but had another 3 days off work Back to the grindstone now. Travelled all over the SW corner, down to the Cape & around to Albany, best part was Margaret River,
the Karrie forrests, & coast around Denmark & the Cape - pretty area. Brought home some really nice Mead, all the other bottles we drank and the Margaret River chocolate didn't last the night out. Great holiday but have come home to storms & rain every day, good to see we are finally sharing some with you over there, not sure I could get used to it being that hot all summer. xxx
