Please come in, you are most very welcome.  There is a super spread on the table of goodies brought by my other guests, please help yourself and enjoy. If you are health conscious there is carrot juice in the kitchen. The cellar is well stocked with Aussie Reds and NZ whites. Enjoy

LYNDA, I have arrive for a visit with my traditional page warming gift, home made apple butter. I made up a batch during the 'last to post' competition, when we were staying close to computers and spending WAY to much time. That is when the Sudokuaholics (SA) page was born. It was nice to see you on the SA page earlier. Come back when ever you can. We carry on a lot of light hearted foolishness, almost always good for a chuckle.

LOVE your photo, I am taking a virtual 'world tour' from the shared photographs. I especially appreciate when location and such is given, so I know where I have been . I HOPE to put up more photos from my area when I can get out and take or 'borrow' some from the Internet :>)

I shall leave a note, do not sweep up the bread crumbs till Lynda learns her way to the site.

Lynda, Apple butter has apples, but not a touch of butter. You first make applesauce, then cook to reduce the volume by half, having sweetened to taste and added spices. The cooking turns it to a rich golden brown and the taste reminds me of spiced, stewed dried apples.I do mine in a slow cooker, or crock pot, saves having to stand and stir. Fruit 'butters' can be made from other fruits, and peach is our favorite. Although Peaches are one of the cash crops for our area, no peaches available yet

Lynda, I love peaches and apricots. We grow many variety of peaches here in my part of the state, and strawberries and actually some KIWI. I once had the opportunity, while taking some classes at the experimental farm of the agriculture college, to pick as many kiwi as I wanted, and got a grocery bag full. Kiwi are grown is New Zealand right? But closer to you than to me, until testing started to see if they would grow here.

LYNDA, most people do not like putting e-mail addresses on the pages, a bit too public. Chat room is good place to put them if we can meet up online. You could try our website. Go to http://domebuilder.wecre8.com/
and you should get our dome site. On the right side, second from bottom of a row of buttons is the CONTACT button. Click it, and on the new page, fill in the name and E-mail blanks and put a short note in the space for writing, saying this is for Tricia. It will get forwarded to my mail box then, no matter who opens it. You can ignore all the other boxes and blanks. I hope this works, Jenny tried 3 times and could not get through.

Hello Lynda - to your own page. Sorry I haven't visited sooner but only just saw you had moved in. We are getting a big following of people from Perth, looks like we'll have to hold another gathering before too long.
Here's some and a bottle of Goundry Unwooded Chardonnay for you to enjoy.

Hello Lynda, and welcome to your own page! I have a tradition of dropping off a double chocolate fudge beavertail pastry from Ottawa as a page warmimg gift (not good for you though) so I'm also leaving some Canadian MacIntosh apples. Enjoy! I'll come back this weekend to go through the photos as you have so many. Sampled a few pages in Flickr and they are wonderful photos.

Hello again Lynda - I've just had a quick look through your photos and I take it they were taken by your husband, am I correct. Is he a professional photographer or a member of a photographic club in Perth. I have just joined the camera club in Albany and I'll go for a while to see how I enjoy it but I just take photos for fun and for the pleasure I get out of it.
Your photos are very good, especially the ones in Egypt, I really enjoyed.
Cheers

Hello Lynda - when I checked your Flickr photos there are about 200 in there. If they're not yours, whose are they then. There is a name of somebody Smith, I can't remember what exactly and they look like very professional photos to me.

Hi Lynda, I come on the welcome wagon to wish you well on the site, and hope you enjoy being here as much as we do. My page warming gift is a basket of goodies that made Philadelphia famous.....cheese steak sandwiches, soft pretzels, Franks orange soda, Tastycakes, and scrapple. None of them will fit into the 'good for you' category, but they sure are good to you! I've added some apples for good healthy eating. Enjoy!

Hi again Lynda. It was because we were all having lots of various problems on the page, so thought something needed to be done about it. I don't think the SA page is overused, I enjoy it, & seem to spend more time there than on the others. Hope things are well with you.

Hi Lynda! I had to read through the comments to figure out if you also had the name Rosemary! What a good person you are to take in so many rescue animals. Those dogs & horses were so lucky to be adopted by you. Glad you figured out a way to start using Flickr - I know it can be VERY confusing at first. It's nice you got together with Rola & Mary. Long lunches like that are so enjoyable! Please come visit my page sometime.

Lynda, I thought I would stop by your place and say Hi! Hope you're having a good day! Here are some flowers to brighten it! Like I mentioned on SA2, I love your house! I always wanted a place where I could have horses, although I've never had a horse, I just love them! Glad you had a great time meeting up with Rola and Mary. It's nice to put faces to names. Take care!

If you're talking about the picture of you, Rola, & Mary, yes, I saw it. How far apart do you three live? I imagine Perth is a very large city. When you were a journalist what kind of writing did you do & for what publications?

Lynda, I did not realize that you had lost your dogs only recently. I'm so sorry. I know how hard that is. Don't know if you were on the site much when our little old yorkie mix Munchkin died back in Jan. We were sad for a long time, but after awhile we realized we could give a good home to another dog, & we are so happy to have Ebony now. I hope you will be ready for another dog soon, too. Are there lots of animal shelters in Perth? How much do you pay to adopt a dog there?

Lynda, I'm back as promised. Loved the photo, thanks. I had no problem going into your flickr site...I just love the rescued animals, and am in awe of those who do this important work. I lift my glass to you in your continued efforts. My question regarding the loss of your dogs was answered when I visited Kathy's page. I lost three dogs to cancer, and almost didn't get Jazz due to our aging...but finally realized that we benefit more from his life, than he does from us. Please keep me posted about the animals, and if you get any more.

Hi, Lynda! It's weird, isn't it? I still can't get in, and after leaving your message, I tried to leave one for Stella so she wouldn't think I'd just walked out on her. I couldn't leave that message either. And I still can't get back into the SA2 page. Well, I'll see what happens tomorrow. If I truly have been banned, I'll need to e-mail Gath and try to straighten it out, I guess. Enjoy the rest of your day and evening! Have a happy weekend!
