Hi Pete. So are you still working away from home at the new mine or is it more local to that beautiful place you call home? Cheers on ice, with a slice... (Still running at an incredible speed!)

Hi Pete. Fingers crossed you find diamonds at the new mine wouldn't that be a good one instead of coal. I really hope the new job goes well. Are they going to be flying you there all the time or is the mine more local to you?

Hi Andre

Sorry for the delay in replying but have not had easy access to internet since I started here in the new job. Still waiting on my company phone and laptop. Yes I am here, had to do a longer stint here for the first swing to get a feel for the job and the new systems. As for Diamonds I'd say there have never been any found as the gate security are not armed. Maybe the next mine.
Will fly out tomorrow so should have more time to get on site, that is if the minister for domestic developments dosent overload my R&R schedual ha ha:)
Glass of delicious a plate of delight and cheers to the sunset.

Well hello stranger!

How is the job going? Are you enjoying it?
Fond memories of that good Lady Sudoku, and that oh so mysterious Captain Pete, supplier of chocolate and bolly and not forgetting the one and only sipper of the whisky... it was so much fun wasn't it. By the way didn't you say you had given me the Lady Sudoku as my gift for the wedding?
White Ice on mellow yellow x

(p.s did you know you have an 'Inbox' on this page in the top right hand corner where private messages are stored? I left you one ages ago).

I'm guessing the bottle count is getting high now and maybe the fish count too?... Hope the break is a wonderful one, it sounds like bliss. I'm off to do my own bottle count next week... The Loire Valley... There were ten green bottles hanging on the wall... and if one green bottle should accidently... (I won't let it fall though).

Cheers of the best kind x

Well you've been gone an age... did that fishing trip take you across the ocean never to be seen again?

I caught all the bottles in the Loire and a few extra blood red champers to boot, wonderful.

Hey PDPete, you might have heard that Keith is visiting from the US, and will be in Cairns April 29 to May 2. I'm planning on driving up there to meet up with him and Lynne one night. If you're interested in joining us, please let me know, and I can give you more details as the time gets closer. I hope you're taking good care of my stateroom!!! Cheers

Hi Pete,
I saw your posting today. I hope the work situation improves for you. I've heard that the mining industry is suffering a great deal in the economic situation. I hope all is okay in your neck of the woods and that the beautiful scenery is still enjoyed by your good self.

Cheers and clinking of glasses, refills on me. Take care of yourself and your family x

I think congratulations are in order so I'm cracking open a bottle of the finest for you in celebration. How long does it take to close down the Uranium mine? It sounds as though it is quite a dangerous thing to do given the material. Stay safe and take care...

Hi Pete, you probably don't stop by here much these days but I hope that work is going well for you. Are you still working on the mines? Things are quiet here these days, I guess all good things change don't they.

I'll leave a wee dram for you and yours, cheers and take care x
