Your weight loss is great! 26 pounds is huge isn't it, well done. I seem to be at a sort of 'why bother sort of moment' too many dinner parties and wine!! Not that I am complaining and there is time later xx

Hi Keith! Congrats on your weight loss. It's great that you not only look better, but feel better, too. I love your baby picture, the forsythia (which I grew up with in Ohio but do not have here in FL), & especially the beautiful tulip gardens! Soon Rob & I will get going on posting some of our trip pictures. We took so many we'll have to do lots of picking & choosing before we post them on Flickr.

Wow, Keith! I've just been to look at those Redwood Burl shots. Those are incredible trees. Thank you again for your gift. How's your dieting going? I've got to get started on mine but it's really hard when you are breastfeeding and get the 'starvings'! Love your baby photo.

Good Morning Keith, glad you like Carole King. The Tulip Hill Winery photos are breathtaking! If you are the one who started the baby picture idea you might be sorry. I got looking at old photos and couldn't pick just one. I wasn't as cute as I remember, looked more like a boy, but I did like to dress up so I picked out a few photos that could be considered fashion DON'TS, even that many years ago!

Keith, the fashion show will be about 1:30 or so my time. Have to wait till I get to the other office where there is a scanner, but you won't be disappointed. If nothing else you will get your laugh for the day!

Keith: What can I say? You are the man! (right?) You certainly have a certain style that is all your own!

Keith, Rob is the computer expert in our family so I asked him to help me go to that shrink site you mentioned. We kept ending up with a totally black square. He thinks it's because we started with something 48 X 48 so we didn't need to shrink it, we needed to ENLARGE it? If you can offer any suggestions would you please e-mail me. Thanks.

Weigh in report for week 14: I lost 2 pounds this week for a total weight loss of 28 pounds since the first of the year. I was able to order smart in the restaurants and keep up my exercises while we were gone most of the week, and am very happy with a 2 pounds a week average.

What a great You Tube Keith. Loved the performance by Eliot Fisk. Too bad SpadeScorpio isn't around as he would get off on this, being an acoustical guitar freak. Thanks for posting this!

Keith, congo-rats on the continuing weight loss. Two pound a week average is great and that kind of loss stays off! Well, with just a little work. I enjoyed visiting the Tulip Hill, what color! Thanks for taking me along on the cyber tour of your yard, too. I think my favorite was the cherry tree. When we downsized, I moved from a property that had LOVELY Yoshino cherries, how I miss them in the spring.

Keith, how I envy you those beautiful lilac bushes. They're not only pretty to look at, but I love the heavenly scent of lilacs, too. Unfortunately, they don't grow here in Florida. When I was a teenager I used to wear a cologne called White Lilac by Dorothy Gray. Wonder if any of my contemporaries would remember it - doubt it's made any more. I'll have to Google!

Keith, would love to come and visit you. Love the pictures of your House and Garden. As for the tall timbers, I enjoy standing and being in awe of how tall, big (and old)they grow. The part of Holland where my Dad is from is quite foresty, and I feel very much at home there, a sense of belonging, unlike where Mum is from, very flat and diary country.

Keith - your grandsons are very nice looking little boys. Bet they love spending time with their grandpa. What do they call you? Seems like all families have very different names for the grandparents. Looked at your other yard pictures this time, too. Boy what a variety of trees & flowers. You have forsythia, redbud, lilac, & pansies all in one place - lucky you!
