Hi CP! Nice to see your photo and the others in your Flickr stream. A Canadian shock here, but do you really keep a kangaroo as a pet? Awesome! Now what do I send to a kanagroo as a gift????

CP, I was aware of the meeting yesterday and wished I could have been there, but I had a couple of medical appointments that I couldn't afford to miss.
I have more to say but I will email you.

Thank you ! I will go on uploading photos - mine are less ' artistic ' though than many others posted on Flickr , but I like them . They are from my trips . What I love about this virtual Sudokuland is that we get to know other people , from other countries , traditions , habits , cultures. In Israel we dont eat that much cereal - maybe kids do more, we dont play with little joeys ( I hope this is how the baby kangaroo is called ) , we dont play football or baseball . It's so nice to actually be able to communicate with so many people. In Israel we have falafel and camels and beautiful and varied landscape

So... thank you for the visit , you are welcome any time . I will have a very special Hungarian cake and coffe or tea waiting for you.

CP, Just checked out your flickr pictures after seeing that you have a pet kangaroo.Wow, what a kick that is. You have a great looking family, but Tom looks too young to be the father of your grandsons. Then it dawned on me that perhaps Liam is the first sudoku baby, and is your daughter's son? Am I halfway right? Regardless of right or wrong, both of the little one's are cute and the big guys are handsome. I really liked the picture of you and your hubby.

CP - I finally made it to your page 1/10/07!! Gath told me that there are approx. 160 Supporting Members now. No wonder I can't seem to find time to get around to visit everyone! Where did Jonesy come from? Enjoyed ALL your photos. You look as sweet as you sound on the phone. Will always remember my birthday call.

1/14/07 - How far away do your daughter & grandkids live? Could you give me a refresher on how many & ages of your children & grandchildren? We will be going to my middle daughter's home in NC on Jan. 28. Didn't get to see them at Christmas so am very anxious to see those three grandsons, ages 6, 5, & 2!!

I received the envelope that you sent direct to me. What a fantastic surprise! Leah, my younger daughter, was absolutely thrilled! Steve Irwin was one of her biggest heroes ever and she watched every episode of his shows she could. That was a wonderful thing that you did...

Hi CP - I enjoyed your visit. Shands was somewhat useful, but my mom still isn't doing very well. They ruled out Pancreatitis. The doctors have gone in twice to remove a polyp from the uterus and have been unsuccessful. I believe she has a problem with her pain medication. I live 1500 miles from her. I had to come home. I was gone 7 weeks, but I feel she and my dad still need me. Although my dad has many talents, cooking isn't one of them. Wish I could be in 2 places at one time. Thank you for asking.

Hi CP, Hope the time away will renew your spirit as my regrouping time. I do try to go away, even if its just for a few hours several times a year. I find that too much stress leaves me broading and useless, the regrouping takes many forms and shapes, but its all about maintaining a positive outlook and being able to deal with life and all that comes with it. One of the most important aspects of regrouping is being alone, but not loney......Here's to your regrouping experience ending in a restful, tranquil state of being. Peace!

Hi CP, I left a post here for you a few days ago but something has gone wrong as it is not here. So abr version, many many thanks for the God Joke, i did get it and was away at the time. You inquired after my health and a lot of my 'missing' post was letting you know how much I appreciated that. Thank you. Cervical hpv grade2 - Update is, after 3rd lot of biopsy's at 6 mth intervals, I have had a viral swab (preferable to the biopsys)and have been advised by mail DETECTED. I am waiting for the Drs call as I type. Dr said out of 40 HPV strains that affect the genital area, only 4 are known to cause cancer. The lab tests have tested me for 13, so I am confused as to what is detected. Know doubt there will be more Drs appts etc and if ....hotmail just got the call, yes I have the virus, no its not serious..but I have to be rechecked both p/smear & viral swab in 12 months, should stop smoking, am in high risk catergory...but apparently cervical cancer can take 5 yrs + to develop from these 'bad cells'.

So I dont have cervical cancer yet, but I could get it or maybe not? Unusual situation, I tend to be a glass half full person. I have my moments but generally I'm positive. But I do hate not having a proper answer. At least that way you get on with it decide a course of action etc. this is sort of .. Ooh well, whatever, until next year. I thank you for letting me purge these thoughts. And I'm sorry if I just landed this on you, I think this is the best Ive handled one of these calls. Typing distracts you from going over things. Thank you. I look forward to meeting you one day.

Hi, sent details to Ed re e-mail address, saw the messages, we are having trouble communicating. Very unusual for me, I'm tagged as being able to talk underwater with a mouthful of bricks. Have a beautiful day, we will catch up soon.

CP, thanks for your visit and the cake - I replied to you on my page (a bit stupid, but then my knowledge of computers and websites is on a strictly need-to-know basis) Jonesy is great. We had to look after a joey once and had a hessian bag with a vertical slit up the front - he could dive in there in nothing flat! And he liked to snuggle up inside my jumper while I was preparing dinner, with his tail poking out the top. Thank you again for your visit. You're welcome any time. Cheers.

hi CP you asked me a question and I got an email to say so - wow!
sorry to take so long to respond but our internet has been down for days and days [celebrating tonight!]
RUMDOODLE ... 'The Ascent of Rumdoodle' is a very amusing spoof story by W.E. Bowman. Not sure it's still in print unfortunately. It was first published in 1956 but there was a reprint in 1979 by Dark Peak Ltd. ISBN 0 9506272 1 6.
It's a thoroughly rollicking read, and the number 153 crops up everywhere - along with champagne, taken strictly for medicinal purposes, of course.
