Hi CP, ROTFL!!! Of course I'm talking to you,......well not much lately, you're right. I am usually on the site once every 2-3 days at the moment. I try to keep up, but obviously going back over previous days posts just takes too long and its time I dont have. Well computer time anyway. I have been leaving the odd message on peoples pages so you wouldn't have seen me in the main pages for a bit. Speaking of which I posted my e-mail address on Ed's page and yours as well, dont remember if I checked yours was there so I will check and if not will post it again.

Hi CP, Veronica is doing well. She is now a big girl and 2.1kg! She is being weighed every week and I am getting very anal and paranoid - not to mention exhausted - about the whole thing. I love the avatars that you are attaching - that's the next thing that I have to get my head around. I'll leave you with a packet of my favourite TimTams - the ones with caramel in the centre.

Oh, do you have Cocoa Puffs cereal? My favorite when I was a kid. Also liked Cocoa Krispies. That's where my chocolate addiction began. I'm still trying to figure out a treat to send you from Texas. Have you ever had bean dip? How about Pace picante sauce? Hmmm? It will come to me, and when I find it, I'll know. Have a nice Easter.

Hello CP. I found a 58 second original version of the Rice Krispie song (Snap, Crackle, Pop TV commercial) and almost posted it on my You Tube for you but it had a flaw in it. Would have been fun though. Hope all is well with you and your gang. Cheers!

Just for you!
Subject: The Fence.....Hilarious
The husband leans over and asks his wife, 'Do you remember the first time we had sex together over fifty years ago? We went behind this
very tavern where you leaned against the back fence and I made love to
you.'
'Yes, she says, 'I remember it well.'
'OK,' he says, 'How about taking a stroll around back there again and we can do it for old time's sake?'
'Oh Charlie, you old devil, that sounds like a crazy, but good idea!'
A police officer sitting in the next booth heard their conversation and having a chuckle to himself, he thinks to himself, I've got to see these two old timers having sex against a fence. I'll just keep an eye on them so there's no trouble. So, he follows them. The elderly couple walks haltingly along, leaning on each other for support aided by walking sticks. Finally, they get to the back of the tavern and make their way to the fence. The old lady lifts her skirt and the old man drops his trousers. As she leans against the fence, the old man moves in. Then suddenly they erupt into the most furious sex that the policeman has ever seen. This goes on for about ten minutes while both are making loud noises and moaning and screaming. Finally, they both collapse, panting on the ground. The policeman is amazed. He thinks he has learned something about life and old age that he didn't know. After about half an hour of lying on the ground recovering, the old couple struggle to their feet and put their clothes back on. The Policeman, is still watching and thinks to himself, this is truly amazing, I've got to ask them what their secret is. So, as the couple passes, he says to them, 'Excuse me, but that was something else. You must've had a fantastic sex life together. Is there some sort of secret to this?'
Shaking the old man is barely able to reply, 'Fifty years ago that wasn't an electric fence.'

Yes, Lindsey. Jonesy was a baby kangaroo orphanned when her mum was hit by a car. Shw was raised for a while by a friend at her farm (around Christmas time). I asked her a few weeks back how Jonesy was, and my friend said Jonesy had moved out. Jonesy was always free to roam around the place, and she just left one day.

Hello, CP! Love your photo. Thank you for posting on my page. Because we recently moved from Massachusetts to Florida, my quilting has been on hold for several months. I did piece some strips together to make a shower curtain for our guest bathroom and I've worked some more on a double wedding ring quilt that is a late, very late, wedding gift for my grandniece. It will take forever to complete because I get tired of it easily and there are so many pieces.
My most recent is a Sudoku quilt that I'm making as a wall hanging in our new family room. I just worked one of our puzzles, enlarged and printed it, and assigned a fabric (all batiks) to each number. By adding some dark strips between the colors, I have a quilt top minus the border. I'm still not settled on a border nor how to do the quilting.
In Florida, I've only met one other quilter. She works everyday so we haven't done anything together. I'm still a solo quilter.
I'm back in MA for the summer so I can get rid of things here that we don't need. I still have gifts from young students that are just sitting around or are in boxes. If we want to sell this house, I need to get ride of all the excess. It is difficult to get inspired when I'd so much rather be in Florida.
Good luck with your new group of quilters. Let me know what you are working on. Perhaps I can be a cyber quilter and join your friends.

CP, I came visiting to say welcome to the SA page, and thanks for visiting. I am glad you found us. YEP anyone who can CP like you would qualify for membership, you are a sudokuaholic! Come on back any time , read a bit, and join in the fun.

NOW for the serious stuff. I come here to your page, and first thing, QUILTING jumps off the page and grabs me. So I opened Chalkboards post and find out you and she are both quilters, I AM A QUILTER TOO that makes 3 of us!! Come on back to SA page and Bring Chalkboard with you, we can bore the rest with our quilting chatter.

Well, I am more a piecer and a planner of quilt tops I want to do, never could get the hang of quilting by hand, and quilting by machine is hard on old bones :>( I sent out the last quilt for quilting, but I did some simple straight line quilting by machine in the past. I HAVE DIGITAL PHOTOS, we can have a cyber quilt show and tell even hehe. Like Chalkboard, I am a solo quilter, no guild close, but I belong to a cyber quilt guild and have for years.

OH, Rola has also dabbled in quilting, ask her about it next time you run into her.

OK, I will leave now, and take all my snippits of fabric with me. I am going visiting to Chalkboard now, byeeee for now.

Hey CP
I thought I'd better stop in and say 'Hi' seeing as it has been some time and then I get to this page and see that it's been a month and 1kg! I know we say it often, but doesn't time go fast? Veronica is an absolute delight and worth every moment of expressing and feeding and all the rest. She has started cooing and gurgling and laughing and is quite grown up in everything but her size.

Catch you later.

Hi CP! I left a note on your quilters page, but know that you won't get a notice of it via e-mail like you will on your personal page. Hope all is well with you & your family. Guess your winter is coming on there like our summer is here. I don't mind the heat so much, but I do worry about how many hurricanes might pass our way. The Tampa area has been lucky in years past, but one of these days we're going to take a direct hit.

CP - thanks for your note. I know my You-Tube is tough to watch, but I think it's a good reminder for everyone to think about what life is like for military people & their families. I'm curious if there are national cemeteries in Australia for your servicemen & women? Any U.S. veteran (& their dependants) can be buried at no charge at any of our National Cemeteries. The best known one is at Arlington near Washington, D.C., but there are many in other states, too. My mother & father are both at the Bushnell National Cemetery here in FL. It is a beautiful place. Hope you don't get too exhausted on your long stretch of work days & get some good R & R when you are done with them!!!

Hi CP, Ballston Spa is about 30 miles north of Albany I've never been to Pittsford myself but have a friend who has spoken of it, she lives in that area. I looked Pittsford up and the internet says it's 206 miles from me to the west. I'll have to look you up on the map to see exactly where you are located, I'll admit I know nothing about the your country.
