2-24: Hi, Rosemary! Long time no chat! I'm still backing you on this health and fitness issue ... can you hear me cheering from here? Actually, I don't have very big lungs ... I don't know when we will ever make it to Australia, but my husband and I have been compiling a list of ''things'' to see. All are places ... except YOU! I look forward to meeting you in person some day. XOXO

the support from all those already fit and healthy folks is very much appreciated. I am happy to offload some of my big lungs! lol
keep planning that trip to australia and I would dearly loved to catch up also. so much to see and do is australia and now so many good folks to call in and have a cuppa with.
I never say never, this site has given us all so many friends around the world I have no doubt that some day we will have a world gathering of sudokuaholics.
cheers judy and thank you for all your support.

Rosemary, the picture is great and your hard work is really paying off! Keep it up and thanks again for being so wonderfully helpful to everybody on site. Its such fun using my new emotions...wish I could use them here so that I could send you a rose, but they don't seem to carry over to this site, but my emails are brighter!
Looking forward to our next chat

Hello Rosemary, great photo of you.
Thanks for visiting my page. The day I was at the Lake the weather was lovely and I went for a few long walks along the lake and around the town. It's a very pretty place.

Rosemary, thanks for dropping in and leaving your best wishes, AND no I dont mind you reading my ramblings to CP at all. Thanks for the support
Please dont worry though as I am feeling much better about it all and will now forget it for 12 months. I think worry makes people sicker than necessary so 'NO MORE WORRYING' for me, until next year, and by then my positive thinking will have killed off those nasty cells.

Congratulations and well done with the weight loss, as long as measurements are going down you are on the right track, sometimes the scales reflect the muscle mass your body is building and muscle weights more than fat, so chin up girl!! and celebrate your wonderful success so far. (with water of course). You are an inspiration

just read more of your comments - congrats on the weight loss. it's so hard so a 'pat on the back' is definitely in order! I too am on that weight loss regime. actually, i lost abaout 30 lb. about 18 months ago and haven't been able to lose any more. i went to an acupressure doc and had staples put in my ears. supposed to decrease the appetite, decrease insomnia, and/or help with pain management. i'll take any or all of the 3! my main reason for trying the staples was the pain management. but i'll tell you about that another time...

Thanks for support. You are looking great.
I have now walked 528,362 steps so it will be near the end of April before I break the million barrier but I shall keep on counting.
I haven't gone totally back to original diet but am getting better at portion control, though the size of my wine glass stays the same. I am trying alcohol free Monday to Thursday and lots of water, of course.

Rose - the south island is certainly the more picturesque of the two, but the people in the north are extremely nice (if you stay out of Auckland..) I know what you mean about saving the pennies.. My eldest son has just moved to Missouri - and taken my only two grand-children. I'm furiously saving to go visit - but it may be a while.... sigh.. sigh...

Weight Loss Report Week 11
WOO HOO
Loss 0.5kg
total loss 9.7kgs
pretty happy with that even though I wish it would disappear quicker.
slight hiccup at the moment as I have inflamed the tendon that runs between my left knee and hip. quite painful and I did this last time I was walking lots. I thought I was varying it enough to prevent but this time I will try to keep going with other exercises until the inflammation goes away.
cheers

that is hard when they move so far away but what a great trip to plan for.
we will come back and see the north island as it is important to see the diversity of a country not just the main tourist hubs.
