Have had a huge couple of weeks here with Mile's wedding, our holiday (2 weeks in a computer free zone - oh the withfrawal symptons!!!), Jack (son)moving to Melbourne, and Bethany (eldest daughter) to Coff Harbour!! Am relaxing with a small port after birthday celebrations, blow the diet!! Actually another 1.6kgs gone, not bad after hols!! Keep safe, Bluey!!!

very happy result including easter
but I know if I eat more then I have to exercise more
now doing 10-15 klms on the exercise bicycle plus at least 50 sit ups daily. also one night in the heated pool doing aerobics with weights.

Ok back on that plateau .... stationary again.
but did enjoy a birthday and an anniversary celebration for family members this weekend with BD cake and a lovely dinner out last night with mum and dad.
