Hi Brenda, posting on SA6 is very frustrating for me right now so I thought I would come to your page. I was sorry to hear about your friend Celia. Some flowers for her, I hope she is feeling better soon, she sounds like the kind of person who will recover quickly. When my mom had her mini stroke, she was back to normal in a few days. I hope the same for your friend.

Brenda, I promise I didn't laugh, just chuckled a little when I read about Richard's rib! I do actually have a lot of sympathy for him, having jusy watched my son go through a few weeks of agony after being hit in the chest by a cricket ball! Luckily for him, it turned out to be deep bruising, not a fracture, but I know he was in a lot of pain, particularly when he sneezed (hayfever season!).

Thank-you so much for acting as an inter-continental go-between during my illness, during which I lost the use of my computer. Without you and your telephone it would have been much more difficult for me to keep in touch with the site. Thank-you also for your messages of hope and encouragement.
I feel I am making progress, although recovey is still slow because it was quite a big operation on 4th December (so I am told).

hahaha! Mixed up the friends and birthday boxes. Warm wishes to you anyway, Brenda!

Brenda, here is your recipe. Not sure if I ever put it into the cook book or not.

I hope you can find all the ingredients there

One 4 serving sized package of sugar free lime Jello
1/4 cup of boiling water
Two single serving sized containers of low fat or fat free Key Lime yogurt

1/2 container of fat free Kool whip.

One low fat graham cracker pie crust

In a microwave safe 2 quart bowl, mix the 1/4 cup boiling water with the packet of Jello, stir to dissolve all the powder. If it does not dissolve, put into microwave and heat 30 seconds at a time ( usually just once needed) to dissolve.

Stir in the 2 cartons of yogurt, and the half container of the Kool whip. Mix well , and pour into the pie crust. chill at least an hour, or until set.

Variations:
Lemon chiffon yogurt and lemon Jello

Cherry Yogurt and and Cherry Jello

You get the idea, any flavor works.
