Ruby, it's a special date isn't it. I saw on MSN that people are clamouring to get married tomorrow because of the date.
And Ruby, a lot of Oz has a mild climate (the north, middle & west don't have much of a winter). If you live in North Queensland, you virtually never have to wear a jumper. Here in Canberra, however, we have very cold winters (compared to a lot of the rest of Oz). Compared the US though, they are probably fairly mild

Morning all! After posting in the middle of the night I was kicked out and couldn't get back in. It is going to take a while to catch up on all of the pages. We're back to summer weather, warm and humid! This morning is D#2 turn for the annual doctor visit. I'll check back later but Oz will probably be asleep by then.

COLIN, we 'know' each other from the site, having met here. there was a contest a few months back requiring us to post very frequently in hopes of winning. You can check back on the 'last to post' pages under clips to see where this started.

A few have met in person, there were 2 get togethers just recently for a few members to meet.

Our big names are avatars, and there are instructions on how to make those under clips also. One of the things free members can do is make avatars. go to CLIPS top of any page, and then scroll down to Conversations, and then to MEMBERS SPECIAL FEATURES – HELP AND INFORMATION. There is some information posted there by some of us who make a lot of avatars.

Good afternoon all! Back from doctor and shopping. (big mistake!) So warm and humid that thundre storms have rolled in with warnings on the tv. You guys are always quiet during the day and chat away while I'm sleeping. I'll check back later.

Also, S#2 put the Ratatouille clip under the Movie Trailers. He wants to make sure everyone sees it. We really loved the movie. The story and the graphics were great. I can't remember the last time he loved a movie that much. It's probably the best animated movie I've seen in a while.

anyone tried out the gallery for photos? I put up one of the domes in NC that Al was working on. I have looked for more photos to put up and it seems some of my photos i should have are missing. Huuummm.

Nice dinner here as well. Hubby cooked ribs, salted potatoes and corn and then having mini spongecakes with rasberries and whipped cream.

sob sob...porridge just doesn't cut it!
