Good morning All! Only have a minute, so much to do, so little time! No traffic going down to LI, took 3 3/4 hours. Brought my mom to the game. Brendan got to play in the first half. His team dominated the whole game but lost 2-0. They were at their goal the whole time with over 30 shots on goal. It only got to our defense about 5 times and they got two goals. It took 4 1/4 hours to get back home. I have not unpacked yet. It was worth the trip though. My mom was happy to see me and she really enjoyed the game. She wants to go next time they play on LI, which is in the middle of October. We were supposed to be in Boston this weekend for D#1's parents' weekend and for a dinner for D#2's class on Saturday night. But we have so much to do before my inlaws get here that we're here for the weekend. Plus, I'm exhausted! I'll stop by later when I take a break. Have a good day!

EIGHT HOURS and no posts, has the site been down? I see on easy people were having problems earlier getting posts to go through, but no trouble for me, now. I hope the site is fixed again, and WHO BROKE IT THIS TIME??

Good morning all! Crunch time here!! Have to get the rest of the stuff done before inlaws come on Wednesday. I'll have to make a pitstop at Rolanda's, I haven't been there in a while. It sounds like things are getting pretty wild!!

This morning finds me reaching into the dark recesses of the closet for my long sleeved shirts! Not quite cool enough for a jacket but too cool for short sleeves. Temp was 53 when I woke, well, outside, but house was in the 60's. I might be forced to hunt SOCKS if it does not warm up quickly. Sun coming through the slider and the sheets in the dryer has the kitchen warming nicely. BEAUTIFUL blue skies today with scattered white popcorn clouds, just to show how very blue the sky really is!! Octobers bright blue weather for sure.
