WELCOME BACK ROLANDA, and I think we cleaned everything after the party. The garden does not need fertalizer for a bit, after the moose got into the garlic. Organic fertalizer, should green everything up nicely.

Good morning all and welcome back Rolanda! I hope you had a lovely and restful vacation!

Kind of a dreary day here but still warm. I'm still tired and stiff from my long drive yesterday to pick up Brendan from school. It was 3 hours each way, but on the way back I hit a lot of traffic heading up to the mountains or wherever for the long weekend. It's not fun driving in bumper to bumper traffic for 180 miles!

I still haven't had time to read all the stuff that went on, but it seems that the gist was that Greg got offended somehow by the parties on people's pages.

Well my two cents is that: 1) it seems that the people who have had parties on their pages have gotten a kick out of it; 2) it would be an honor to know that people cared enough to stop by and join in; 3) any comments can be deleted at any time.

I personally would like it,(hopefully people would stop by), I would keep the comments posted for a while but I would save them on my computer, then I would delete them(or at least some of them, in case some young eyes might see them).

I can't imagine why Greg would take such offense to people having a party on someone else's page nor why it was any of his business.

How is your leg doing? My mil had a partial-knee replacement and I think the healing time is cut in half, at least. It is a new technique here and it is amazing how well she is doing.

Stella, I've set the fire and climbed into bed. Love wireless connection! Knee is getting better. My knee didn't suit the partial replacement. Can almost go up and down the stairs now. Now for a few stretches and then turn out the light. hav a happy day.

I just remembered! You have to have a passport to cross the border. Mine expired this year. I was just telling Brendan that I'll have to get him one at Thanksgiving for when his soccer team travels abroad. What a pain in the neck to have to use it to get into Canada!!
