BECKY, you got caught up in the " spot on the wall" problem?? One little dirty smudge on the wall, and it will look soo much better if I clean that, only to find after cleaning that it is now the only clean spot in the entire house heheh

Morning Gail and Mary, i started reading fore checking who was here. So my comments are about 3 pages too late hehehe

Its what we all do, MizT! Have learnt my lesson, if there's a few pages, go right to the end straight away and see if anyone is chatting at the time. Or else you get there, and they have JUST left while you were catching up!
Its always good to go back through and find answers to earlier questions, so just keep posting your responses.

No thanks, MizT. No coffee for me, its a bit late for me to be drinking coffee. I am putting off going to bed because hubby, in his wisdom, tore the sheets of the bed this morning and I can't summon up the will to go put the clean ones on!!! How lazy is that?

Gail, at the end of the day, I would not want to make the bed! In fact, I really do not want to do it anytime. Nope, I am not lazy, much, but that bending and stretching and pulling does make my friend Author complain.

JENNI, how many patients do you have assigned to you? Do you do team nursing, or have total care for your assigned patients? when I was working total care was the " In" thing, and RN's were doing their own vital signs, making beds, walking patients to the bathroom. AND if you had a LPN working on the same wing, you had to hang her IV's and do her IV restarts if one went bad, or the tubing needed changing or a new dressing on the site. they were not allowed to do that. .

Of course I should have done it earlier but I had a very busy day, denying stuff! Luckily tomorrow, I don't have any plans, so I will spend it sorting and folding. Yay (I hope you can detect the sarcasm). Whilst my darlings are at school, I may even go through their clothes and bag up the clothes that no longer fit them, but that they couldn't possibly throw out because its their favourite!!!

DINO, where is your orange juice today? Just a litle reminder, vitamine C is needed for the healing process, it is a catalyst in the building of new tissue. And a bit of protien, you need protien for the amino acids to rebuild, vitamine C to get it going.

MizT will kiwi fruit do? and mandarins and grapes and bananas? I love fruit and always have plenty of it. I'd be very happy for you to come on our walk. It is only 150 metres to the beach, but we have to get past the soft sand.

DINO, I think kiwi has vitamine C, and the mandrains do, so that should be OK. I remember trudging through the soft sand, and it is a chore with 2 good knees, you are a brave woman to do it with your boo boo.

what color is your sand? I once assumed all sand was like the beach I visited, sugar white and fine. THEN i went to south flordia and was terribly dissapointed in the beach, dirty, yellow, more like builders sand, with pea sized rocks and the ocean was as flat as a table top that week we were there. Only thing made me think it was really an ocean was the salt in the air.

Connecticut was worse, ROCKS and no beach, and ICE, I was there at Christmas. I realize I was spoiled with the Florida panhandle beaches.

Come to Perth MizTricia...all the clean white sand you could ask for!

Good evening all! And then there was one! D#2 dropped off at school and a full day of orientation was had by all. It's been a long day and we are very tired! S#2 missed his first half day of school today but we are going tomorrow to get his books and locker set up. He also has school soccer practice so we are off on a run!
