Rolanda, hope you now have some good news about your mum.
Gail ((HUGS)) you are having a lot of things thrown at you recently, hope something good comes your way soon. My sympathy goes to your family, it sounds as if it was a blessing for June.
Broni remember to take a break from computer screen every hour, save your precious eyes.
Tami hope your car gets diagnosed soon, I had a car like that years ago. No matter what the mechanics tried it didn't fix the problem, it really had them puzzled (this was before cars had computer diagnostics in them) They did some research on the model and found that it was the whole electrical wireing harness at fault. That was going to cost me more than the car was worth so I part exchanged it for a new one.

We've gotten a lot done this morning on the fence. It's looking good. I've left Robert out there digging 4 more post holes. I got too tired. I think this abscess is taking a lot out of me.

Heidi, good decision to take a break inside. An untreaded infection can take a lot out of you. Hope you feel better soon.
Rolanda, what a worry, your Mom fainting and not to be left alone. THAT might be a fight with her, you think? Or perhaps the fainting and fall frightened her just a bit and made her realize? Knowing your Mom, probably not
Thoughts and prayers to you and your family as you try to sort out what is best for your Mom.
Gail, sorry to hear about your Aunt June. Thoughts, prayers, and wishes winging their way around the world for you and the extended family.
TAMI, hope your car recovers soon.
Slept well last night, just not long enough. Maybe a nap later??
Today's forecast is for a bit cooler weather, and a bit lower humidity. I can handle that.
Need breakfast here, hugs to all with extras for Rolanda and Gail and anyone else needing them.

Morning all!
I've just found out about something else on today - how are we supposed to fit it all in!!! Sorry, venting....
Ebob and hubby have just headed off to baseball. At 10.30 I'm supposed to have coffee with friends, but probably won't make it as it is open day at the new building for Taekwondo. I think they are trying to get Ally interested in fight classes because then she can compete... Tonight is the sleepover horror movie party for a mix of 14 yo boys and girls - so no sleep for me. And Ebob just pipes up with try outs for the women's country baseball are at 2.30 this afternoon. That wouldn't be so bad except there in Dapto... not close to here at all.

Heidi, did you get a prescription for an antiobiotic? I don't blame you for waiting for a dentist you can trust, but it's awful to feel bad in the meantime.
Rolanda, my thoughts are with you because I can guess what discussions are going on over your way again. Remember, she can only make you feel guilty if you let her.

Rolanda, what Suzy said!!!
Suzy, deep cleansing breath and then tackle the day. You could have nice boring days like mine, where they all seem just the same, a big nuttin. Gets old after a while, even though you might want to trade at the moment.
HI Bobbi and Tami, bye Bobbie and Tami. A good
day to both of you.
Heidi, it is good to stop at noon, hope you fel better soon.
Another nearby t storm, lots of thunder rumbling just north of us, the storm never made it this far, just a tiny bit of rain as it rained itself out. BUT it is cooler, love that part. Lath enough we can hope it will stay cooler, an earlier start to the evening cool down.

Hi everyone.
Took both boys to the orthodontist today. Dylan is coming along well. Mitchell is going to need phase 2 of braces but before that he is going to need his wisdom teeth taken out. They want the bottom out as soon as possible. The top can wait a little while. Braces will probably not go on until next year. I need to pay off Dylan's first.

Quick look in. Playing bowls this afternoon in the Mixed Pairs. The opposing skip is probably one of the top men bowlers in the club. And I have woken up with a head cold.

Good Evening from here to everyone there!
I have a favor to ask. Although I seem to have mastered (hopefully) submitting avatars, I have never posted a photo. I tried the shrink pictures, but didn't accomplish it. Oh, well. You can scroll around the photo of the 50 pens and see them. It's too bad hubby hasn't taken photos of all the pens he has made. Some have VERY pretty wood; some are made with various colors of acrylics. ALL have been given as gifts or to the Freedom Pens project (well over 100 pens in all).

BTW, the type of pen shown in the photo is one of many hubby has made, but certainly NOT his favorite. However, it's the style of pen kit that is provided for the Freedom Pens.

Hi, Suzy, Broni, Rolanda, Brenda, Tami, Suzy, June, Heidi, MizTricia, Suzy,
Broni, you outdid yourself today! Six posts in a row! (It only takes 5 for a CP.) What SUPER news that you have been able to get the point of sale software working! That means you will soon have half as much work for each sale! Hooray! It's a good thing!
Broni, here's an explanation for the backwards spelling. As we all know, there are certain "tasks" to be done in a household that can in the way of computer time. At first, we apologized for swearing when we mentioned them. Now we often spell the suspect task word backwards or just say that we have to get back to swearing.
Rolanda, I hope your Mum is now doing better! How long will your sister need to stay with her? Wouldn't it be a blessing if she would now realize that she needs to be somewhere where she can get help more quickly if she falls? Many assisted living facilities provide a call button in the room - or even to be worn by the residents. {{{{hugs}}}} to you and your family!
Gail, you and your family should soon be due for some better news! Thinking of you! {{{{hugs}}}}
June, congrats for winning the club raffle! I hope you had room in your fridge for the fruit & vegetable tray! Sending positive vibes for you to soon feel better! I hope you get a good night's sleep!
Heidi, sounds like you're still dealing with the high temperatures and humidity - and too much work to do! Thank goodness you have Robert's help! I hope you will soon feel better! Were you able to get an antibiotic? How is Robert feeling? Take care of yourself and get some rest, please!
MizT, I hope you are soon able to sleep better and not be so exhausted from the weather. Great news that you had cooler temperatures and less humidity today! (We did, too.)
Tami, I hope your car is soon back on the road (and safe)! Hi to your Mom & Dad! Enjoy the weekend!
Suzy, you have a REALLY FULL day today! Take a deep breath and jump right in! We're thinking of you and encouraging you with positive vibes! Good luck to you and the girls!
June, I hope bowls go well. Maybe the opposing team's skip won't be up to par today! (Fingers crossed) Sorry you woke with a head cold! I hope you're soon feeling better!
I need to go check on other family members and do some "swearing" or ffuts. (Broni, I hope you've had a chance to read the explanation.) I hope to be back later.

Funny thing about Robert... since he had that colonoscopy, he's had no pain from the gallstones! It's been verified that he has between 30 and 50 stones, so it's not a misdiagnosis, but it IS strange. I haven't heard what the results from the colonoscopy were, yet.

Taking a quick coffee break. The party is supposed to start at 5 tonight but we have 3 arriving in about 20 minutes. 2 of them are coming early to help pick out the movies, one because he can't get here at all unless he comes early. Every time the phone rings I hold my breath!

Checking in at bedtime without reading. My oldest daughter phoned today, she had not gotten my e-mails over the last weeks, they have new smart phones and she has a new e-mail address to it so was not checking her e-mails on old account.
She sent a link to me for photos from grandaughter's wedding, some great photos of the lovely young woman she has blossomed into. I spent a couple hours looking, a lot of time at people I did not know, as everyone at the wedding were in the 'candid" photos, many times. Saw all the things my daughter had made for the wedding, she did a great job with decorations in the chapel and at the wedding picnic. yep, they did a picnic for the reception, but with real dishes and glasses and cutlery and tablecloths and cloth napkins. Daughter is very creative, it was beautiful. Wish I could copy just one photo, but nope, these are on photographers website and no copying is allowed.
time for bed, hugs to all,

Julie and Broni, the backwards typing of words first came bout when we were discussing dyslexia, and being able to read upside down and backward. or write mirror image. someone posted with a word backward, and it then spilled over into the unmentionable words like gninaelc and krow

Thanks Julie and MizT for the explanation about the backwards words I knew about them but did not know the history. Think it was Heidi who mentioned something about using the mouse to type words backwards.

I am trying to squeeze driving in with Ethan as he has 60 hours up and needs more yet.
He is 17 next Wednesday so he will not get it for his birthday that's for sure. Lol
I have been so so busy with my Avon.
Today I have spent doing krowesuoh and this arvo more Avon deliveries.
Just finished a pile of ironing and now it is evening meal time.
I lit the outdoor fire this morning and the one inside is going too.
Just having a pie and veges.
Hope to get some more knitting done.
I wish I had not taken on these knitted dog coats.

Yes Suzy, especially as like you, I seem to be busy all the time. Lol
It is a lot of hours though.
I must try harder as I want him to get it by end of November/early Dec.
If he gets this plumbing apprenticeship he will need to have it.
Just dropped him off at a friends house for a stay overnight.
Now back out to the outdoor fire and more knitting.
Sorry you lost the game June. We have had a cold wind here too at Port lately.

Good morning all.
Suzy, hope the kids are having a good time at the party. I do not like scary movies and would probably hide in my room if my boys had a party like that.
Viv, glad the Avon is keeping you busy.
June, sorry you lost in the bowls game and I hope that cold gets better soon.
Broni, glad you could stop in for a minute.
Tricia, glad you were able to see the wedding photos, even if you can't post them for us.
My BIL is posting old photos on his FB page. I am laughing at some of the pictures of my hubby as a little boy. Hubby is one of four kids. 2 girls and then 2 boys. He is the older of the 2 boys.
