Suzy, can I move in with you? Can I bring my kitties to keep NomNom company?

My daughter's MIL is here and has picked up the girls, so I get the rest of the evening off!!!

I have no energy to do anything - just feel like playing on the computer. As MizT would say, "Theresa, get off your fat frances". Okay, here I go and do ffuts. Or not. Yes, no, yes, no. Decisions, decisions, decisions.

Enjoy your time to yourself Theresa. Relax!
Friend doing OK. Will know how successful the chemo is this time when she has the next PET scan in mid February. She does suffer quite a few side effect from the chemo.
I have 72 cards ready to post today. Send a few calendars yesterday and another few to wrap. Need a few more stamps for cards as well but I am finally feeling a sense of satisfaction. Need to go clean the car as we are taking people with us today.

Beautiful wish, eaa.

June, thinking of your friend. It is a feeling of satisfaction when things get crossed off the list, isn't it.

I should think about flinging food. Hubby will be late again (should I be worrying???).

Good morning all
How lovely to see Kate here!! Big welcome!
Broni - give Possum a big hug from us - it must be painful and such a slow process to recovery.
Theresa - school finishes here today (or yesterday as today is clean-up day and very few kids go) for 6 long weeks - when you're the parent.

eaa - what a lovely Christmas wish to us all - thank you!
Heidi - I love your Christmas avatar!
Continued hugs and best wishes to Al and June's 'friend'.
And much excitement for Ally - as Heidi said, even if nothing much comes of it this time, they've been noticed and told they are great!! WooHoo! Sorry you had trouble with the upload Suzy!

Meant to tell you all the latest in our family saga. The ex DIL has become engaged to new man (who I have met and is far too nice for her). That's fine but they are planning on having more children. How can you do that when you've already given up on one that you've had.
I feel so bad for Em!!

How could he want to have children with a woman who gave one up because she was too hard, Cyn? He may be nice, but he's not very smart..

Cyn, if she starts a new family, I'm guessing it won't only be Em who is feeling abandoned. How sad!

MizT - hugs, hugs, hugs.

New Christmas avatar!
Suzy/Theresa - I suspect if she has another baby she'll hand over another girl to my son, probably Chloe because she could still make use of Hayley as she's nearly 11.
A few months ago, she and the boyfriend broke up briefly. At the time he rang my son and asked how he managed to handle her for 16 years (a marriage certificate and 3 kids, he said). Then they were back together. I suppose she's behaving herself but for how long??

If she starts a new family, she may abandon all of her older children. That might be the best things for the 3 girls. They don't need her as an example.

Heidi, I would love to have the kitty one with the Santa hat above!!! I love your collie one - how appropriate for you.

Thanks guys - I just don't know how to get a picture down to 50X50 - I will need to get my SIL to show me when he has the time (which is never).

Theresa - pick the photos you want,
go to www.shrinkpictures.com/
Click on create Avatar, reduce size to 50
And voila! It's done - only has to be saved and then submitted. If I can do it, anyone can believe me.

Everyone's Christmas Avatars inspired me, I brought out one of mine. I just love Christmas Trees! Loved seeing all the avatars you were offering Theresa, the kitty one suits her well.

Hubby has slept through another day, but I did get food and drink down him, woke him every 3 hours with something. Now to get his dressings changed and his bath. We launch early tomorrow, back to cancer center to have the pump removed. I do hope we are not there long tomorrow.

Heidi, glad you got your tree.
I have a few Hanukkah avatars but never thought of changing. I guess I will just leave mine as is.

Rolanda, I've been shaped so can't watch your video right now. Would you email it to me so I can watch it when my connection comes back?

Love all the Christmas avatars!

I called Mum this morning to tell her Ally's news - "It won't come to anything and immediately changed the subject to poor lost Ebob"...
