Well my coffee is gone so I have no excuse to sit here anymore.... Sigh.

I should be washing my clothes for tomorrow.... but maybe I shouldn't..... might keep me off the jury......hmmm... nah, won't work.

I WANT to take a nap.... but if I feed the dogs first, I can go to bed early and guilt free.

The part of Jury duty I like the least is that I cannot wear a hat in the courtroom. I ALWAYS wear hats. I don't feel dressed without one.

Have made a list of goodies to purchase, you know for putting under the C Tree ( which still has to be put up), for others to receive !!
Buy some C stamps for posting C cards ( which still have to have the ink stains on it ).
Speaking of Procrastinating, it's my middle name as well ....... !!

Greetings, I am checking in without reading but the last few posts. Home from my sister's house, had a much needed nap, and then made and ate dinner. We had a nice time, but I think we both were tired today, me from wrapping, and sister from watching and some helping. she has a day bed in the room where the wrapping station was set up, and I tried to keep her there, reclining, watching only, but she would get to feeling frisky and start to help, for about 20 minutes, that is, and the fatigue wold hit her again. I hope she got a long nap after I left. All the gifts that had been purchased were wrapped. my BIL still has to show for her, and he will be in charge of wrapping those.

ROLANDA, you had best get moving girl, Christmas is soon upon us!

Heidi, yes, it is my sister with Mono, and she is not recovering very quickly. Her husband says she is slowly improving, guess I just did not see her at her worse. Still looks pretty tired to me. That is why I went out to wrap her gifts for her. she is having the family Christmas party at her house, do not want her too tired to do that! We are cooking and bringing food, we being all the families coming, so she does not have to cook. She just found a new cleaning lady who is coming this week, so that will be done. The items she chose to make can be made days ahead, and we have asked her, on Friday before the party, You Stay In Bed, or on the sofa.

I can see I am not going to catch up with all the posts tonight, Oh well something to read if I am up in the middle of the night hehehe. See you all over the rainbow. I am going to clean up kitchen and then go to bed. I do not care i=that is o=not yet 8 pm, I am tired!

Good idea. Get sleep when you need it, not when the clock says you do.

I just found the sheet explaining my Jury service. It lasts 30 Judicial days. If I'm not picked for the first Jury, I will have to keep coming back every day that court is held until my time is over.

Suzy, Mitchell has a typing program, just hasn't had the time to use it. Besides, I want my pooter back so it is quicker for me to type. He will be practicing over winter break. Only 5 more days but who's counting.

I am keeping track on a spread sheet and the computer filled in Julie when I meant to type June, and I didn't catch it at first.

Well Teresa ended up coming over this morning, hopefully she will have a nap this afternoon. She had the holiday from hell for the last two weeks. So now I still have all the ffuts thas was to be done this morning. Time for a quick game before I become domestic.

Actually, that's not strictly correct. D#2 is back in the sick books. Suzy, I wish you hadn't mentioned whooping cough! She is off to the docs again this arvo for another sick certificate, but I have told her to ? whoop.

II have had a couple of tears today. Caught the last of the midday movie, which I have seen before but still got me anyway, then came on the pooter and read an email Liz sent me. Thanks Liz! Needed that like another hole in the head!

My tree isn't up either! Looks like it will be the artificial one this year, almost too late to bother with a real one. I like to buy them from the local Scouts, but they only sell them on Saturdays, and that is leaving it a bit too late, my think it.
