SUZY, a teenager's room is never done! Can you see the floor? that is about as much as I ever hoped for.

My D#1 kept her CLEAN clothes on the floor! she would not sort and put away. She decided at age 13 she was not happy with the laundry service I provided, when she mouthed off too much about a shirt she put in the dirty clothes one night, and it was not clean and in her closet next morning! I showed her how to do her laundry, which she did very well, but she never got her clothes put away!

Well, Well, it seems I have 2 TOPPS since last count, and both were a total surprise! Oh good, that is one that Heidi will not have to get hehe.

my teenage boys are more tidy than my 10 year old girl. they do their own laundry starting at 12. the oldest will even iron his shirts! daisy's room will get scary!
GAIL!!!!! but funny! i went to the place where the donner party camped out for the winter. it is unreal how high the snow was! you can still see where the snow level was on the trees. there is also a very silent, sad feeling there. you would know that something major had happened there even if you didn't know of it. the donner party is a big story here in our pioneer history books.

I'm back. IH had told me that he was going out this evening to call on a client, but he was going to pick up a pizza on his way home. So I wouldn't have to cook. So when I got back in from feeding, he was back here. Didn't meet with the client, and didn't get a pizza. I'm now flinging food.

SUZY, I did not look at the clothes on the floor. I kept the door to her bedroom closed! She kept it closed when she was home anyway, easy enough to close it when she was away. Besides, she wanted to keep little sister out. there were 10 years different in my girls, so having a 3 year old sister who ADORED her, little sis wanted to get into her room and into her things at every opportunity! So, often her door was not only closed, it was locked to keep little sister out.

I really want to get into Ebob's room and dust! I'm sure it isn't getting done and she is sneezing every morning. The problem is, to dust a surface you first have to be able to reach it....

yep...sure beats me how you got to 24 Suzy....LOL

My tummy is full. I need to feed the dogs then go to bed at a decent hour. I have to get up early to pick up a guinea at the post office at 6:30 am.

ah suzy...my plan was to blitz Lachies room while he was outta town...feel too stuffed up in the head to do it now...I've got until Monday...it turns out to be the only time you can do this...when they are away

I already have about 20 guineas, but this one is pied. That's a pinto... white spotted. I don't have any of those.

So that's the problem Bean - she doesn't go away enough!!!

The guineas run loose around the property. They love eating bigs... their favorite foods.... and their #1 favorite is ticks. They keep the whole property tick free.

Oh gosh, am I glad I read that again...first time I read ovaries!!!!

Hello, fellow Sudokuaholics!

Heidi, maybe there should be some guineas living in my neighborhood. We could see what idiot neighbor (who doesn't like peafowl) thinks of them. We could always say they are earning their right to be here be eating all of the big bugs!

We just found out that our 31-year-old is planning to run the Boston Marathon next year as a fundraiser for the Dana Farber Cancer Institute in honor of a friend or ours who has breast and bone cancer. It will be her first marathon, as she had given up running due to some knee issues. We'll cross our fingers!

I see 4 lights on in the "Friends Corral" but it's pretty quiet. Maybe I should do the jigsaws.

I keep going back to my email. I'm having a convo with the head of the Collie Rescue group. One of the Collies is having a problem with a skin infection, and it isn't responding to antibiotics.

Julie... if that neighbor doesn't like Peafowl... which are LOUD, but only for 4 months of the year... they'd love the guineas, who screech at anything that moves, year round.

The Collies are finishing up eating, so I'm gonna shuffle off to bed. and everybody!

One last thing... the dog with the skin problem is Mason. And it looks like she will be going to a new home soon. They'll love her. She loves everybody.
