JUDY, maybe too late, but on vdV's brother's website, I saw 2 gifts that could either one be addressed "to brother and SIL" one family kind of gift. One was a car kettle, have your tea when traveling, looked nice! the other was a wine rack, holds 18 bottles. Just my little idea for your gift ideas.

It seems all of her family was in NC, her father and one brother, a nephew and a niece.

i need to get everything done so we can leave on saturday morning. the northwest is getting pounded with rain and snow, and the only clear day in the forecast is saturday. driving through the cascade mountain ranges can be treacherous business. remember the donner party? same mountain range, just further north. the weather is very dramtic and changes quickly. i get nervous about driving through them in the winter.

I think I have worked out what my skin probs are caused by.
I must be allergic to the rubber gloved which we have to wear especially during the scabies outbreak.The itch all over my body is from the scabies eradication cream and the rest is the psoriasis.If I was a horse they would shoot me.It seems the older I get the more I become allergic to.
Not nice getting older sometimes and I still consider myself youngish at 54.lol

My 6 yr old grandson once asked me what I did at work and I told him I shower and feed elderly people at work.He said to me "but you are old".
I told him but they are really old,he made me feel ancient.

If I keep going I will get a cp.

Nola.... I keep accumulating allergies as I get older, too. I never had any until I hit 30. I'm 53 now, nearly 54.

The sun is beginning to come up here.I have a load of washing to hang out now before it gets hot,then have to go shopping.The dogs I have been minding for the past month will go back to Mum today around 3pm.yahoo! This friend is moving to Hervey bay to begin her next adventure in life with a new job,boyfriend and home.That is 2 dogs gone home,then when son goes away boxing day I will have his two.No rest for the wicked they say.

HI HEIDI, I am here, for a bit. Daughter and her fiancee have arived, but they have gone shopping at the moment. I have been flinging food in Kitchen, smothered steak is cooking in it's gravy now, smells yummy.

Al is printing out some photos to go in the frames we are giving daughter, one of those frames that hold multiple photograph sized pictures. When he gets those done I can wrap the last gift I need for our gift exchange with Joy and Ray.

OH, we might not have my family Christmas Gathering on Saturday. Three of the 12 guests are sick, on antibiotics. My niece in Georgia has double pneumonia, and has made 2 trips this week to doctor. said it would take a miracle for her to recover enough to make the trip Saturday. She did not sound good at all on the phone! Nephew's wife and son are both sick and on antibiotics, bronchitis and an ear infection, so not looking good for our party. Oh I hope everyone turns well and quickly!! This party has never been canceled. We have had someone sick and in bed at the party before, but there has always been a party!
