Well colour me happy a TOPP!

It is really nice to " just find" something when you are walking through. Al and I once found a nicklelodeon Museum, stuck off in the back corner of Stone Mountain. It was in a plain Butler building, but we had more fun there than anywhere we went that day! These were working antiques, we actually put coins in to hear and see them play!

I don't care right now if I do TOPP. I was just submitting some smilies of the incredible Colin Firth.

Sounds great MizTricia! Our surprise in Vienna was finding a treasure house tucked into the bottom of some old building - we weren't sure if the treasure was real, or just replicas, until we were leaving and noticed the door: one of those two foot thick ones with the locks and bolts and the wheely closing thing on the front!

HI Mariana, I would gladly change places with you. Would be nice to work on MY house stuff with hubby, IF we ever get to doing anything else with it! You can come hang out here instead of me.

It must be my bedtime, I cannot even remember the name of the heart throb I drool over . . . former doctor on ER and someone recently had his photo in scrubs. CRAFT disease for sure!

Well it's four o'clock, and I'm still waiting for the man who was coming to take out the last bits of our tree stumps. They didn't give a time (do they ever?) but I suspect he's not coming today. Which means I may have to hang around all day tomorrow, too. Wasting time on the computer. Doing puzzles, and talking to my friends .... Life is hard!

Have only just had a few minutes to read, and nearly bed time. I will try to do some ffuts, then pop back if possible. HELLOOOO, SA7!

Judy I loved Rothenburg ob der Tauber. The first time I was there we were able to climb to the top of the Gothic Town hall tower. It gave a fantastic view over the city.
I also loved the Christmas shop with all the lovely German decorations. The Big Mac in the Gothic building with the little Gold M outside. It had to fit in with the architecture. You have to visit Maccers when in Europe as it has the only free toilets!!!

Dogs are eating, and I just remembered that I have to take the trash out yet tonight. Groan.......

June, I think Rothenburg was one of the highlights of our trip - we took the Romantic Road bus trip and stopped off there for a night. It is very touristy, but so many interesting things to see. Walking along the town walls, even the view from the other side of the wall; Andevery time we turned a corner there was a photo waiting to be taken! We loved the Night Watchman tour. We loved the hotel room with its geraniums in the window boxes; we loved it all!

Dogs are done eating, so I'm gonna go take the trash out (a job entailing the use of a tractor), then off to bed. All!

Judy I also like Nuremerg. Actually went there in December 1995 so that I could go to the Christmas Market. I had a very brief stop at Dresden and would love to go back there. At that time some of Dresden was still the same as it was after the end of the war (after being part of East Germany). Th Frau Church which was still in ruins then has now been rebuilt. It was much the same when we went to Berlin.

That should have been Nuremberg !!
