Hi all, finally got a girl to sleep but think it will be a restles night.
All patients are OK. Sharon very tired after spending the night with Laura in the hopital.
Laura Ok when the panadol is working but gets grizzly when it starts to wear off. She has eaten well today, even into the smoked salmon and strawberries and cream! Has been more of a problem getting her to drink.

Hey June! So glad to hear everyone is settling in...can't believe how well Laura is eating after having tonsils out. That's superb!
Yes Tricia - up early AGAIN! Haven't been sleeping as well as I normally do, but this too shall pass. How nice for you to have those low temps this a.m. - BTW love the kitty bed warmer!

hello sa6. maybe i should have come online at 3 am. i wasn't sleeping, just lying there wishing i was. elsa did not nap yesterday like she led me to believe she would. i may just have to lock us in my room and let the tv babysit for a while.
so glad larura is doing so well. i have heard that the young heal quicker. wonder if that is really true. makes sense to me.

thanks for the topping luck bean. i will have to get really lucky as i am going to be in and out today.

Hello all... I've only been awake for a short while, and may even go back to sleep shortly. Quiet day here so far. I do need to run to the store for dog food later, but that's it.

So much for "Quiet day here". The big tractor (75 HP) is in for major repairs, so the little tractor (45 HP) has been having to fill in. The little tractor is now sitting 1/4 mile away with a completely flat tire, and a bucket full of rock. Can't dump the rock (it's in the middle of a church parking lot), so It'll make it harder to fix the tire. The tractor tire repair people will be here in 1 1/2 hours.

Oh Heidi, sorry about the tractor problems you are having, hope the tire repair service goes smoothly.

I must run out for a bit, and pick up a med. It is a lovely day for a short drive, windows down kind of driving.

Drive was lovely, thank you. Saw lots of cows and their youngsters in the pasture down our gravel lane, they were enjoying the cooler weather to frolic and chase around. Noticed the goldenrod is in bloom, but not the whole field of it we had a few years ago. No one is selling pumpkins for jack-o'lanterns yet. I wore my Happy Halloween shirt though, last year only got to wear it once cause I forgot I had it. got it out early this year.

what a fun drive mizt. i am waiting for the sun to come out so i can take a pic of the mountains around me in their full blaze of color. we had the opportunity once for a very good job in florida. i just couln't stand not having mountains around! the highest elevation in florida is approx 17 ft. above sea level. i live at 4500 ft.

we get our fromt door delivered tomorrow. i am so excited! it is beautiful. maybe the sun will be shining too and i can put up 2 lovely pics. oh elsa did nap today and so did i. i feel better. hubby is going to be home tomorrow morn. to install the door. yeah!! i get 3 whole days with him. now i best be getting dinner ready. kids come home from their sports sooooo hungry. simple ham fried rice. i'm recycling left overs. gotta make a mountain of it. i will need to use 2 pans, which makes for lots of dishes. ah the joys of two teenage boys and a passle of little ones.

Marina, Rena lives at high elevation as well !! You two must compare to see who lives the highest.

Where I live, the elevation is about 90ft

SA6'ers...I'm just passing through....stayed up too late trying to edit digital photos that had come out all pink. Sort of managed to balance the pink with some green....
Our digital camera is about to give up the ghost I think....suffering from overuse!!! Know what I'll be shopping for next.

Girl woke a few times in the night crying she was sick but would not take the panadol.
Got some down at 3am but she will not take it this morning. A bit listless without it. And has not eaten much today.
Sharon has gome for results of the biopsy.

It is also a hot sultry day here so making us all feel listless.

eaa, the strawberries and salmon were at different times. I keep frozen smoked salmon in the freezer for her all the time. Seems to like that better than an ice block.

Should not be sitting her but it is a good way to relax. I did the puzzles earlier.
