Stella, I drink only one canned " soda" a day, usually. I prefer the ones in a bottle or can, but hubby wants his in a glass with ice. He drinks a 2 litter a day.

My favorite drink is coffee, if you could not guess, but do not have past lunch time, even the de caf has some caffeine and as much as I drink, it adds up! I drink huge glasses of de caf iced tea, with sweet and low added per glass (as hubby wants his tea unsweetened) and a generic crystal lite mixed by the glass also, just barely flavoring cause many times I just do not like the taste of water, even bottled waters. At the moment I am by doctors orders drinking enough liquids a day so that I slosh when I walk. I am getting my exercise walking to the loo.

MizT, I try to limit myself to 1-2 sodas a day because, diet or not, I know it's not good for you, but I don't always succeed. Like you, I am not that fond of water. My girls both prefer water over soda (which the kids are only allowed to drink on special occassions), but I have to force myself to drink water. I add a little cranberry juice to help it. I hope you got your key lime pie! I meant to try some when we were in Florida, but I forgot all about it. Maybe next time I'm down there.

i love a fountain drink. mmmmm. it is my little indulgence everyday.

so, how do i smell? i put on my bath and body works lotion night blooming jasmine, si i should smell great. sad no one is here to appreciate my efforts.

here is my final say. i hate contention! i hate it when my kids fight, but it is even worse between adults who, if they could only sit down and talk, would probably come to the same conclusions! in my efforts to calm ruffled feathers and find a common ground between then and now (which probably was to no effect), and also to defend and explain sa6, i came across looking like a simpering idiot. so here is how i really feel...
the site will at some point change again. when that happens some will like it and some won't. those in the won't catagory can
A. try to change it like the ladies last night did. (which was a scream! we need to have more of those cruises!)
B. just go away
C. find a place in sudokuland that fills your need. SA, chat only, discussion and debate, personal pages etc.
D. grin and bear it with dignity.
as for now if i continue this little rant i would be beating a dead horse.

Heidi, Sorry things got a little heated yesterday. You commented and it struck some folks as wrong...that happens!....I felt that what was most disliked by those responding was because you wrote here that you had stirred up a hornets nest on easy and wanted to hide in here....this made it seem to some that you were taking a deliberate slap at them....thus the fall out. Having been around for a good while now, I have interacted with all who have posted during the fallout yesterday...and all are great, friendly folks who enjoyed the site as it was, with its foibles, and challenges...this page is more like talking over the fence and doesn't present the same spontininity...thats okay. Ice cream is often sold in 32 different flavors because what catches one's fancy doesn't necessarily rock another's boat so to speak.
No need to apoligize to us because things turned out as they did, we feel we know you didn't mean to create a problem, but simply were stating your dislike of what you felt was unneeded nit-picking ...Take it in stride. Say what you feel, when you feel and let the chips fall where they may. If you know you may have hurt someone by a badly mangled comment, apologize and move on. Life is too short to fight over things that are said on a chat room site. Have fun and keep on keeping on. There's room for all who wish to comment, here, as I do and on easy, as I also do. As well as any where else one chooses to go... Peace!

Hi SA6 folks. I really do hope that no one purposely intended yesterday to demean any of you or to put down this fun page you have created as a follow-up to the 'Last to Post' competition. I believe what was in part being said was that the Easy page (as Billie put it in the past) is the 'doorway to the site' and anyone new to the site sees what is there first, without knowing about this additional area. While you can enjoy your exchanges here, you can also post on Easy so that people get to see and know everyone who comes has fun on the site. This page can be your area for fun and friendly chatter, but it would also be nice if you shared some of your comments with those who only visit Easy. I think I said this once before on either SA4 or SA5, but it fell on deaf ears. Peace!

Honestly SA6, life does go one regardless of a few written words and personally I do not give a stuff....I found a great group of people who care for each other and I will not let others dictate how I should behave, for heaven's sake we are all adults here(growing up is optional) so let's not allow a few disgruntled people spoil our fun.
