Welcome to Sudokuville, Kathleen, hope you have a wonderful time here and happy to hear you jump right in.
I am not slow in the welcoming committee, just not fast. I do catch up eventually.
On my page you said something about a new bud, I am not sure what you mean, would you mind explaining, please. Thanks.

Hello Kath - I think we drove through there many, many years ago when we drove from Albany to Melbourne. That was before the S.A. side of the Nullabor was bitumenised.
My son lived there for a few months with a family he met while having a working holiday around OZ, although that's as far as he got other than Tasmania. That was about 20 years ago.

Hi Anne, my parents were born and bred here and the place is full of families on both mum and dad but they have both passed on now.
I just looked at the time and I better get a move on for it is my granddaughter's 12th birthday today and if Nan dosn't remember to ring her I am in big trouble. Her name is Gena

Most of my jokes come from a member of an old computer club. We started on the old 'Pet" and moved to the Commodore 64. The club is now a six times a year luncheon and a very busy E-mail function. I also recycle jokes from this site.

Ah, I think, only think mind you, it was the Coonawarra Steam Ship.

Sorry for the confusion about the steam ships, Kath. I meant that the steam ship my parents went on was the Coonawarra back in the early eighties.
You'll have to come over to W.A. for a visit and see the wonderful sights for yourself. Admittedly there's a lot of travel involved being such a large state, from the lovely south coast to the vastness and spectacular scenery of the north.

Paul McCartney did not act very nice or make nice comments about President Bush, so I don't think Paul McCartney is a person you should quote about not being weird. I have no respect for him after what he said, he should stick to music and prenups.

Kath, just back from quite a celebration of my birthday, my husband's birthday and our 30th aboard the Royal Clipper. I couldn't respond sooner to your kind message because connections on board were spotty, but I want you to know that your kindness in wishing me a happy birthday meant a lot.

Anyway what I was saying is that we were staying in B&B not far from that house. We were walking into town for dinner. There were lots of interesting houses along our walk! We'd gone to Victoria to travel the Great Ocean Road - great fun!! - & were on our way home. Had driven Peterborough via Boat Bay, Warrnambool, Port Fairy & Camperdown, so we overnighted in Ballarat. Visited the gardens & the lake the next morning, then headed off to Wagga Wagga before we went back to Sydney. Stopped at Bendigo for lunch & a walk around the town!

Hi Kath! Thanks for the visit!
No didn't go to the pub, went to a place called 'Pure & Natural' on the corner of the main street (I think!!). Put a photo of the building, in my gallery of you want to see it!
