Minnie to Sudokuland, there is an awful bunch of lovely people on this site. I will be gone for the summer but you could easily take my place. Have fun and enjoy the site as much as I do! to help you decorate your brand new page.

Minnie, thanks for your remarks about the puzzle today with the little joey. It really bummed me out to see it and, as you said, the little girl wouldn't know. I hate to see animals penned up, let alone baby ones. Well, anyway, you obviously have a kind heart. Just wanted to thank you for taking a bit of a stand.

minnie, I have just spent a few very pleasant minutes going through your photo gallery.

Have you considered submitting any for the jigsaws? They are fantastic.

Minnie, welcome to sudoku. Today is the first time I have noticed that you are a new member. Your photos in your Picture Gallery are amazing. My sister's photos are good, too. It was Kate's photo on today easy jigsaw where I read your comment and came for a look.

I like the idea of you getting rescue cats. My husbands cousin and his wife are very active in cat rescue, they work with a no-kill shelter, foster a lot, and adopt unplaceable cats. I am active with a Collie Rescue group (Cedaridge Collie Rescue). I provide a permanent foster home for unplaceable geriatrics, as well as adopting and/ or rescuing others myself. I presently have 17 Collies, 10 of which are rescues.

I feel much the same way. I wish people would realize that when they add another living creature to their family, they are then responsible for that life. I used to breed and show Collies for 20 something years. Whenever I placed a puppy, it was under the condition that, if for any reason whatsoever, they could not keep the dog, I would take it back, no questions asked, at my expense. No dog, who's existence was my responsibility, was ever going to end up in a shelter. I did take back 3. But none ever ended up in a shelter.

Hi Vicki, I don't remember offhand what type of fish my "Live Entertainment" is. I painted it about 11 years ago, and there have been many fish paintings since. I will dig up my notes (yes, I keep them all) from that piece and let you know soon! I was more concerned with the colors than I was the species, LOL.

Hello Minnie
I noticed somewhere (gawd, I'm getting old) that you made a comment on a caged animal so I went back into archives and checked, and funnily enough, it was the same photo that was on "tough" sudoku yesterday and I made a similar comment about caged animals.
I'm not into zoos and I hate circuses and seeing performing animals.
I'm at work so haven't got time to visit your gallery right now, but will at a later date.
Cheers
Anne

Hello Vicki - the beach you commented on in My Gallery is where I took CynB from Redlands in Qld and her husband yesterday as they were staying at my place for a couple of days. The weather was picture perfect and I got some more, even bluer water, photos of Little Beach. Sorry, but I'm not sending it (the beach) to you, you'll have to come over here and see it. I'll personally take you there.
Cheers
Anne

Hi minnie,
When I first became involved on the site it was through the jigsaws. I was recovering from a broken ankle & couldn't get around much, so after doing the day's jigsaws I went through the archives (doing JSs). Whenever there is a hiccup or glitch in the system it seems to go back to an old photo!
