LD - if you go back a page to my page 2, towards the top is the recipe for piroshkis but you will need to make sure you have 'recipes' clicked at the top of the page.
Cheers

Thanks everyone for your comments on my beach photo. I hope you went in to flickr and saw the rest of my photos as well, a few more of Albany and more coming up soon.

Anne, Thanks for the flowers you left at my 'humble abode' they will look great on the speakers bench. I love the look of Middleton Beach. I have never been to WA or Perth. I was booked to go, back when Ansett collapsed (they collapsed the day before my scheduled departure). I did not get around to rebooking and guess what? a better offer came up, so I went to Florida instead. I will get there one day though.

Anne,

I was also having a lot of mouse problems - probably caused by dirt and crud in the mouse housing.

I bought a Logitech optical mouse for about US$15.00 at Staples, plugged it in, and no mouse trouble ever since.

Anne, Albany and it's surrounds looks great. I must try to get to WA one of these years. Both my brothers were born near Perth when Dad was in the airforce there back in the 50's. I love all your photos but I'm not too sure about the guinea pig meal.
I hope you have a very merry Christmas and a great new year with friends and family. I'm off to the beach on Saturday for 3 weeks. I can't wait.

Thought I would pop in and say hello before I tackle the housework, helped myself to a couple of Kahlua's to get up the energy to finish the housework seeing it is 11.00 p.m and time I should be in bed

You're a bit late starting your housework this time of night, aren't you. Is Johnathan asleep? I was just about to go to bed.
Amanda  From Wickham, Aus
Has one too many Kahlua's so I may just go to bed. See can't even type properly. Johnathan is fast asleep.

Hi Anne. Thanks for being my first visitor. I'm glad you liked what you saw, and hope that you'll call again and join me a drink and bite to eat. I do have chip and dip - just that mine are plain, and nowhere near as exciting as the one that Andre manages to import! Oh well, I'll make sure I visit her too, to enjoy her variety!

hi anne
thought i'd drop in with a little fat laughing buddha to pop on your front step - make sure you put him on a little pedestal - i believe it is bad luck if he sits on the ground. i'm envious of your beautiful western australia - have always wanted to visit, but may need to wait until the kids have left school and life isn't quite so busy, as i really wnt to take my time to look around. thanks for your cheerful posts evry day - i look forward to reading you!

Hello Mariane - thanks for calling in to see me, sorry I was at work at the time. Thank you so much for the buddha. He is now happily sitting atop a pedestal at my front door looking out into the cul-de-sac at the people walking past to the park next door.
Thank you also for your lovely comments, they were really appreciated. Did you go into flickr and see my photos of Albany. I hope you can visit here one day.

AH!!! The Beetle the Cat and the Leprechaun's hat!

Yes, I saved it picture and all to a word doc, filed it in my sudoku folder and promptly forgot about it. Does Col or Rosemary have your email- I could send it via one of them.

Oh- by the way here's a bottle of homemade lemon cordial bottled late last night in my kitchen. I've been making bottles and bottles of it this week to give to friends and colleagues at Christmas, I bought a box of lemons form the market on Sunday.

Hey Anne, I've just set up an email address that I can publish on here

fifromNT@hotmail.com

-Not very original I must admit- Perhaps just email me there and I will send you
The Beetle The Cat and The Leprechaun's Hat.

I haven't been around much due to end of year work and Christmas commitments - and also I've been deliberately restricting my time on here as hours can slip away a bit too easily.

Cheers - Enjoy the Lemon cordal

Hi Anne, I love your wreath. Just stopped by to wish you a very Merry Christmas. I'm dropping off some of my hubby's homemade peach wine (his first wine he's ever made. It came out so good, I thought I'd give you some. Cheers!
Also, I don't know how I missed your recipe of piroshkis on page 2...glad wasn't a snake... The recipe really sounds good and since I've never tried it before (actually never heard of it before coming to sudoku). I hope to have time to make it during the holidays, when things slow down here a little. I appreciate that you have shared it with us.

Hello LD, thanks for calling in and giving me some peach wine, it is very tasty, so tell your husband from me he gets top marks for it. Whoops, I think I drank too much it's so yummy.
A Very Merry Christmas to you and your family from sunny Albany. A little something for you all, a bottle of local Blueberry Wine. Enjoy!
LD  From WA,USA
Anne, OOOH, I love Bluberries and am enjoying your wine a lot. Sooooo Gooood, mmmm! Maybe I can talk Mike into making some next year when our Bluberry bushes are ripe and full of fruit.

I'm going to have to have my 17 year old daughter show mw how to create a page and how to post on flickr. I'm basically computer illiterate when it comes to anything new . Maybe she will during Christmas vacation.

Again, Merry Christmas from very rainy Hoquiam, Washington, USA
