March 3 - wrote a comment to you one of the pages recently, but can't remember now which one!! Don't know if you replied or not so figured I would write here knowing it will be e-mailed to you. That Gath is so clever! I was wondering how your new bionic part (is it knee or hip?)is doing & if you are back to playing golf again? Hope you are well & enjoying life.

Dave-That is an amazing sunset. Biker week in Daytona, some sweet Harley's, with some sweet riders. Just observing of course. Watterson did not like the unauthorized use of Calvin & Hobbes. I have some cool t-shirts and other items. As you know I love Calvin & Hobbes. I also enjoy your comments. Playing any golf?

We have a kitten that likes to perch himself on a shoulder like Jasmine. The only problem is it's often at an inconvenient time. Like if I bend down to pick something up, he sees that as a personal invitation to immediately jump on my back and then up to the shoulder he goes. Jasmine sure is a pretty dog. Where do you live when in Oregon? I have relatives in Portland and surrounding areas and also in Medford.

Hi LynnDee. Thanks for dropping by and thank you for the compliment on my pics. Jazzy is such a dear. She is turning into one of the best dogs we have had. She just got on my shoulder a few times, now it's around our feet and in our laps.
We live in the Applegate Valley, just west of Medford and west of Jacksonville. Half way between Medford and Grants Pass on Hwy. 238. We love it there.

Dave, I am always in awe of your beautiful sunset photo every time I come to your page!! Sorry about your pulled tendons. It's tough to keep all the body parts functioning well at one time, isn't it!! Love all your various avatars. You have apparently perfected the knack of shrinking & submitting them. I have yet to attempt even one!! There are so many things to do before we leave for Peru next Tues. This trip should be quite an adventure for us. Hope we survive!!

I may have to reread my Calvin & Hobbes books. When I first read them it would drive Barb crazy, I would keep saying Barb read this one on and on. She loves them also. Now she and I read Get Fuzzy. I also like Zits and Leo amoung others. PGA event in Tampa this week. I will go Sat. and Sun. just in case any of the pros need some advice. On that note I'm going to bed. Getting up with Barb at 3:40am.

Hi Dave, Your picture of the columbine, the Colorado state flower is beautiful. The lavender (or hyacinth) color is almost exactly the same color as my older daughter's wedding colors are. She is getting married the day before Easter. My other daughter is taking a photography class in high school this semester. Yesterday she was talking about 'framing' her shots. I think your pictures are what she was talking about.I am going to have her look at your flickr pictures this weekend.

Hi Dave, thanks for popping into my place. You were very fortunate to see John Denver, unfortunatly for Moi, I have either been way to young, or the artists have never come down to Oz for a trip, for me to go and see them live. I sometimes wonder if I was born in the wrong era.
Don't forget to pop on in again, I try to change my youtube every 24 hours.

Dave, enjoyed the picture of the state flower. Did you perchance go over that OMG road between Ouray and Telluride? Son #1 does it, and I try not to think about it. Beautiful country there. I would like to retire there.

Hi Dave! Stopped by to see your desert pictures. Didn't know you were such a daredevil on those roads! It looks kind of scary to me. Your wife must be very brave & trusting! Does your group travel together often?

Dave, just passed through Grants Pass 2 days ago and thought of you. My wife and I travel from Eugene (where my daughter lives) to our house in Northern Calif. on 101 once every other month or so. If you're interested in meeting in the area for coffee some time when we pass through, leave a message on my page.

Motorcycle ... off-roading ... one would think that you are a bit of an adrenalin junkie! Be careful, or you will be having more body parts replaced!

Ah, Dave ... I have my reasons for not wanting a personal page ... sorry! Linda must be quite a trooper to enjoy all of your hobbies with you! Is she totally involved, too, or does she just roll her eyes sometimes?! We have enjoyed some awesome scenery, too, and in places you can't reach ... cuz we do it on foot! Yeah, by now, everyone on the site knows HOW much you like to ''play with your Radio Controlled'' antenna ... LOL
