Hi Dave - Thanks for your visit. I am curious, what kind of business do you have? Gold Wings are nice bikes! My husband had one in the early 70's. We have several friends with a Gold Wing. I am sorry your business doesn't do well at the BMW rallies. They sure draw a lot of people. But I imagine BMW doesn't do well at the Honda rallies......

Wow! What a business to have. This looks like fun! I checked your web site out. It is great! I hope you have a safe trip.

When you go to the rallies, you must have to drive a regular vehicle or can you pack a trailer behind the bike?

Goodmorning Dave, You are correct, Ballston Spa is just south of Saratoga Springs although the Village dosen't make it all the way over to Route 9 the zip code does.

That's quiet a trip, did you ride all that distance or trailer a bike in? The 25th year for the Americade will be starting on the 4th and I haven't even got my bike on the road yet this year. I ride a Kawasaki Vulcan, what about you ?

Thanks for the invite. Since I am a Britt volunteer and work over 30 concerts each season - my schedule can get a little crowded. I occassionally drive through the Applegate, or attend Grange events over there.

Hi Dave:
Love reading your comments on the puzzles pages so thought I'd drop by and say hi.
And while I'm at it, I have a request--may I copy your mouse smilies? Feel free to say no, but if I may, just drop by my page and te me.
BTW love what you've done with the place.

Thank you Dave I really appreciate that I can use your mousss.
I love being retired; miss the conversations sometimes--guess that's why I look to this site. I don't seem to get too much accomplished that I had planned for when I retire, but I never seem to have too much time left over. I'll be really happy when hubby retires in a few years.
I don't know if I've asked you this before, and I know there are bunches of you 'motorhomers', but we have good friends that travelled out your way and were 'wagonmasters' sometimes on trips through there-- but do you by any chance know Charlie and Lynelle Jensen? If not, you may yet meet them in a group or alone sometime. They are both (early) retired teachers and have bought a house here in SC that I don't think they have lived in for 6 months yet!
Again, appreciate the mouses.

I am using the middle 3 letters of my name on this site - they know me by my last 3 letters. The Grange reference must have alerted you to my knowing them. I will be working the Vince Gill concert (Sept 5). I understand it is nearly sold out already. One of the other concerts that may not be near sold out - that I am looking forward to is Ahmad Jamel (July 8) - I have 33's from the early 60's of his. Still love his music have a dbl CD. For Aussie fans - next Friday (15th) is Toto.

sorry I havn't replied sooner, been a little busy these last couple of days. I don't have a golfer as such, but I do have one that is in a golf buggy, will that do? As far as the animiated emoticons/smilies are concerned on my page. I just copy and paste them onto my Update page details. I have my update page details, open on screen, then just open up another page to search for emoticons I like. A simple click, copy the emoticon and just paste to my page.
Try it and see what happens, if you have any problems just let me know.

Dave: I guess my attitude is that I'm going to go down...no matter how careful I might be, or how defensively I might ride/drive, I'm going to go down, maybe hard. So what is usually on my mind is ''How would I take it down now, right this second, if I had to?'' Thinking that you're not going to go down is what gets you killed, I think.

Dave, Loved the song and the video. One of my all time favorites. And hey, I moved here, I wasn't born here (although after 23 years, I qualify as a semi-native). There must be a reason why!

Is that shot of Shasta from the North - just taken commin' back? Enjoy the cruise tonight- I'll be at Britt. My sister-in-law & spouse may be goin' to the cruise - I'll be at Britt for Toto.

Dave,
Just dropping in to say Hi and enjoy your picture of Mt Shasta - Being in the Midwest - our mountains are quite a bit smaller. I remember watching the series 24 about 2 years ago ? and they talked about a phone signal getting lost in the 'mountains' of IL/Iowa - okay - there are some cliffs around the rivers.. but lost signals. Have a good day. Mary

Hey Dave, I was looking to hear your daughter's friend with the good voice sing, and got a Bud advert instead...not being a beer drinker,I still found it cute, but would rather have heard the lady sing..that's what happens when you mess around with you male Geminis...lol. Thanks for the visit...does this Elvis imposter(?), guy, perform in my area? I'd love to hear him. Elvis was great, but didn't handle the pressures too well. Indeed a waste of a multi talented man, who had much to offer. I loved his music!
Hope you have a great Father's Day!

Dave, I thought I would stop by your place and say Hi! I liked your friend's daughter's song. Their daughter has a beautiful voice. I hear that you were by me at one time driving through. Was it for the motorcycle rally we have in Lake George every year or just a cross country vacation? Well, hope you're having a good day! Here are some flowers to brighten it! Take care! If you ever want to chat, stop by the SA2 page(under clips). Cheers!

Dave, For some reason I hadn't visited your flickr page until today....Your pictures are amazing...four really stand out for me, Death valley in bloom, Winter Sunset Yuma, Az., Mt Shasta from north and Yosemite valley from Glacier Point. They are all beautiful and show just how great this country really is, but those four spoke to me. If I could copy them I would ( with your knowledge of course), but alas, no such luck. BTW...Linda really doesn't look her age...tell she could easily know off at least ten years.

The storm lasted only about an hour - high winds, trees knocked down, very heavy rain & clap after clap. Some rolling, others strikes straight down. It was a fast moving storm, but left a mess in its wake.

Today is the first day of the Fair, As you probably remember Fair Week is usually the hottest week of the year. Not this year - 70's with showers.

I finally broke down and got my own page - my Garden is under construction. If you need a laugh check out the Utube.

Meanwhile, hope your trip is going well. This weekend working 5 concerts and having company at the same time. Glad I'm over my pnemonia.

G'day Dave, I saw a reference on the game pages to a photo that you've taken of some SA people. Thought I'd check it out to see if they were normal-looking, or like me. Well, they look very nice and don't have one eye with a grid overlay in the middle of their forehead, or anything like that.
Well, one thing led to another and I looked at your Flicker photos of the Moab area.(Have a remembered the name properly?) What an incredible place! It is just fascinating and such a surprise to me as it was not what I imagined Utah to be like. After decades of watching US shows on TV and movies we really know nothing at all. Congrats on going on that road around the edge of the mountain too. My knees go weak just seeing the photo. ONYA!
(Aussie for 'Good on you', which in turn means 'Well done').
