Hey there, LK. Yep, I'm a sports mom, too. I was into sports when I was in school, and when my daughter turned out not to be, (she's a musical genius), I am glad that he is. I do enjoy it, even though it keeps me very busy. Especially when they overlap with another sport. He always makes the allstar team, so when one sport is over and the next one begins, he's playing something almost everyday of the week. Its just baseball now, so we have a little break. Thanks for dropping by my page. Love the baby picture caption! lol

Linda, thanks for letting me know about Suzanne's Dad. Is she by any chance in Florida? When I saw her in Feb. she was undecided about whether she would come back for her sister's wedding on Apr. 1.

Hi Linda, love all your 'old' photos. If you check mine out you will see that my mum cut my hair as well. Straight across for the fringe and straight around the back. Obviously hairdressers were too expensive way back then. I also have lots of photos of me in clothes that I really would hate to see anyone wear nowadays. Funny how the fashions all come back again. Now I'm old enough to say 'No thanks - worn it once don't need to wear it again'

Linda, the first thing to go through your mind as you find out that you're to be a grandma is that are you old enough to be one? I still feel that I'm still that same girl who just graduated from school. But when I hold Brandon, the love that flows all over me confirms that this child is my beloved grandson. You'll know that conflict of feelings. Hey we're still kickin' and bad to the bones wild things!

Just realized I forgot to answer your question about nationals, so ... we played three games, lost all three, but we had a great trip! Nice hotel with swimming pool and other amenities, and Ben had never been out of the state of Texas, so it was still a nice little vacation to Arkansas. The team also went to a nice water park.

Hi Lk. I waited until Easter Sunday to see your video as I recognized it. Thanke for posting it. I have seen the stage version three times, own the DVD, video and CD soundtrack, and was lucky enough to see my daughter perform in an amatuer theatre version of Jesus Christ Superstar (she was Mary). Happy Easter my friend!
