LK - thanks for stopping by! That was about a 20-foot tree that fell around Gus and reached just to the house. We had another one that lost a major branch that was about a third of the tree in the backyard.
It is now cleaned up, Gus is out in the open, and we have about an 8 foot tall stack of branches waiting to be hauled off.

Forgot to tell you I LOVE the divas - I am going to print it for my wife. That could be Jeanie and her sisters (I probably won't say that to here - they aren't quite that buxom!).

Hi LK. Those mock crash photos are great. It must have been an eye-opening experience for Emily and all the others involved in this exercise. Nothing better then facing what might be reality as a learning experience. Enjoyed the Whitney Houston song!

love the Whitney Houston song. the picture is great. wish that had been done when i was 16 and headed to the prom......my best friend was killed that weekend in a car crash..her date fell asleep at the wheel and crashed into a tree, killing them both.

Hi, Linda! Thanks for stopping by for a visit to my page. Hope all is well with you and yours. Emily is, of course, beautiful! I hope she had a wonderful time at the prom. (When our daughters were in high school, prom was the Saturday night before Sunday afternoon graduation. The plan was to encourage kids to stay sober and get home so they could attend their graduation. It seemed to work.) It's great that your son helped start a crash simulation in the town where he is an EMT. Schools around here do that as well. It can be very sobering for some. Guess you're almost done at work, so enjoy your evening!
