Hiya Greg, glad you popped into my place. I do change my youtube every 24 hours, so sorry if you have missed some of the songs.
Mel from Perth was giving me a hard time over the fact that she didn't recognise any of the songs, so I have taken it upon myself to educate her lol.
Cheers and have a great day

Oh my, two posts one after the other lol and I'm not trying to CP either.

Greg, Thanks for the memories. My first car, a 1939 Ford coupe was named Puff the Magic Dragon. I had seen Peter, Paul and Mary in San Diego in 1963. A little know comedian by the name of Bill Cozby was their opening act. Oh, for those times to be back but alas, they are just fleeting memories.....I must run over to Angie's place to see them with one of my other favorites, John Denver...and there is a story there as well....

Greg, thank you ever so much for posting 'Puff' and reviving so many happy old memories of our children when they were youngsters. I confess that I had tears in my eyes while I was listening to that lovely song and the memories kept flooding back. Of course, the kids have all 'flown the coup' now and all we have left are some fading photos and happy memories. Thank you.

CG, I know this dates me but I remember this when they first sang Puff and years later, I sang it to my older son as a lullaby. Thanks for the memories!

Oh yes, a box of Leonidas chocolates with buttercream and liquors in them. Originally from Belgium, they finally opened a shop in Pasadena near my older son. You can imagine how fast I raced over to buy a box. At $42 a kilo, yikees! But you fork it over when you know it'll be a while before another trip (fix).

Hello Greg. Finally found a solution to my youtube/site video problem...I simply needed to clean my disk. Too many temp downloads, etc trashing up the memory and storage space. My neice came up with the solution after my having tried many different things. I have enjoyed my exposure to many different varieties of musical style, sound, selection and instruments presented by the wonderful folks on this site. Its amazing how much we have in common and yet to be able to note our differences is equally amazing. It seems we have more in common on the big ticket items, and our differences just highlight the fun part of being humans. Thanks for showing me a little part of the human side of you.

England gave you, me and the Ozzies a language; we should show some gratitude and exhibit proper usage! Should be, 'My sister and me visiting Santa.'
I'm a stickler for that sort of thing and I make no apologies for it.
Just kiddin' around, Greg!

Good Morning Greg - You are not the only one who was a fashion plate as a youngster, I am even going to post a photo of me with Santa, just for you. I will be scanning them this afternoon (Tuesday, 4/2/07). I do have a computer at home, but there are times either I am not home or busy catching up on domestic chores. If I am downstairs doing laundry or something I will jump online and see who is around. Catch you later!

Hi Greg - just think - you in your cap and me in my sailor suit - WOW, what a pair we would have made all those years ago.
You can tell in my photo that my mother used to trim my hair. I can't believe she dressed me in white shoes with all that dirt around - Maybe we are more practical nowadays.

CG - No, there is no tail for Gus. I had enough trouble talking him into the ears - his masculinity is being severely tested this spring.
Happy Easter to you and your family.
I will be in the far west part of your country in June. My wife has decided we are going on an Alaskan cruise, and we will end up in Vancouver. Unfortunately, we won't be able to stay for any extra time to enjoy it. Maybe the next time.

Greg, thank you for your Easter good wishes. I will certainly change my video but it might not be today - Anne has me working like a galley slave today in preparation for the arrival on our family tomorrow.
(PS - Isn't it a little too big for Jackson's nose?)
(PPS - being a little stoopid these days I mistakenly posted my reply to you on my own page! I think I've got it right now))

Just realized I forgot to answer your question about nationals, so ... we played three games, lost all three, but we had a great trip! Nice hotel with swimming pool and other amenities, and Ben had never been out of the state of Texas, so it was still a nice little vacation to Arkansas. The team also went to a nice water park.
