Well I've been bottling in my kitchen today so....

For Christmas Just thought I’d drop you in a bottle of home made LEMON CORDIAL. It’s fantastic with water and with soda water. Cheers.
Ingredients:
Juice of 7 large lemons
Grated rind of 5 large lemons
1 kg sugar
1.5 litres of water
25g citric acid
Method:
1.In a large pan, boil up sugar, water, grated peel and citric acid.
2.Take off the heat and add juice, If preferred, this may be strained.
3.Bottle whilst still hot into clean, sterilised (in oven ) bottles

Nice of you to drop in with the ale and the munchies! I'm sending up for the party:

1 jar vegemite (on toast great for hangovers)
Chocky, chocky, chocky - picnic bars, more cherry ripes, flakes, and my homemade rocky road made with two blocks melted plain chocolate, nuts, mini marshmallows and raspberry lollies - just the best!
The entire contents of my liquor cabinet, a game of dare will happen later as to who is going to drink the 20 year old bottle of gin (it seems to have changed colour)

My family Christmas is now over - finished with a major barbecue with Al, my husband's extended family today - woo hoo! Al and I are off to the beach on this coming Friday following work breakups. Our Christmas - just the two of us, followed by the family coming down on 27th December from interstate. So no internet for two weeks. Lights definitely off at my place after the 22nd!
Drop in at my place before then, will be doing some more painting and decorating before going away!

Thank you, Greg, for your kind comments on Flickr. I'm about halfway through my holiday uploads but, hopefully will finish them before 25th as we are going north to the Charente for the festivities (well for 2 days) and there are lots of photogenic subjects in that neck of the woods

CG, I'm looking for help again!!! I have done everything to try and change pictures to no avail! Its a puzzle that I'm unable to solve. I haven't heard from Gath, and am unsure of the best timeframe to reach him. I was wondering if you could go into my pages and attempt to make the change for me then tell me all that you did? I have gotten the picture to the update page, but can't go any futher... I need exact steps taken to compare notes to what I was doing. Hope I'm not imposing too much on your time and abilities, but I am getting pretty anoyed trying something that others find find so easy. Hope you are around, but I must come back tomorrow as I am exhusted and will be getting ready for bed. Its been a long day. Hope you can help, but if not don't sweat it, I'll just give it up for now. I've 3 pictures on flickr that I wouldn't mind having on my page now...the Christmas flowers, the tree or my white Christmas house...I've tried them all with no real luck! Let me know. Thanks. I'd also like to put words onto the page and will need directions for that.
