Sheesh! You go away for a few hours and you get blackballed! First of all, I did NOT grill the moose. I just basted him with raspberry chipotle sauce to mask the odor. If someone else accidentally tossed him on the grill, that's not MY fault! Secondly, I do not have a weapon! Since the duel at Jeb's last week, I have converted to pacificism (passivism?, passdascissors? NO, I'm trying to quit!) Anyway, I've brought a blueberry torte for all to enjoy. It goes particularly well with grilled moose!

Jane, the torte looks great. You might want to put it in the fridge 'cause there's little hoof prints in my pies.
Where's Jeb? His moose is screaming for garlic.

That's not the moose screaming, it's Gail in the queue for the ladies. She's just put money in the jukebox and chosen "Cry me A River"

Hey Rola. Not sure why all these people decided to talk to each other on your page but I do hope they didn't wreck the shower! After all, that is 'our' special place, isn't it?

Good heaven's! Greg's in the shower waiting for Rola!! Someone bring him a peach smoothie to go with that soggy beavertail he's holding.

GAIL, you sneak into the men's room! Call out first, to make sure no men are in there, then get your best friend to guard the door. Ask me how I know all this.

Where is the Party Girl - Sarah Beth - I know Colorado beat Oklahoma yesterday. Maybe she can't come because her Rhinestone Pink Boots were lost in the mudpit - last weekend at Jeb's.

Followed by Glenn Miller "Chatanooga Choo Choo" & "My Blue Heaven"

For the last of my 5 plays for a quarter - How about Cleo Laine & John Dankworth's "Turkish Delight".

If a soggy beavertail is all that Greg is suffering from, he's doing ok. It's JEB I'm worried about - if you know what I mean.

EVE, the flip side of IN THE MOODE is MARIE. . . at least on the record my parents had back in 1948. Yes, it was a 78, and one of about a dozen total songs they had when they had a party with dancing, back when I was a little bitty girl who was peaking out from the bedroom door! They played it over and over and over, so I know for sure, In the Moode, flips to Marie!

If the moose slows down long enough for someone to grab him by the wattle, its time for his distemper meds.

Gail if the queue is too long and Greg has monopolised the men's room, pop round to Mary's, it just round the corner. I would have said duck into the bushes but Rayray's sheep ate them.

On the other hand, if the moose doesn't slow down enough to catch him, wattle we do?

Miz T - Both Dorsey & Miller had records of In The Mood. Which are you refering to? (My 45 of Dorsey has In the Mood on the reverse of Opus One.) Most of my 78 were broken, when I accidently sat on them. I cried when I realized that "Black Leather Jacket With an Eagle on the Back" was broken to smitherenes. It was my favorite at that time - and haven't heard it for years & I means years - like about 50.

Eats? Where are the eats? I'm not eating a live moose covered in jelly. I brought a drink with which you will need some food.

By the way, Eve, Tommy Dorsey asked my aunt to sing with his band when she was in college, but her father wouldn't let her.

Aaaah, that's better! Hey everyone, if you need anything else, Mary fr Bibra Lake is very obliging. Oh BTW she's not home either!!!
Ruby, there's crab claws, skewered pink elephant and plenty to drink. For sweets, there's the chocolate fountain, we looked in the pantry and found some marshmallows and fruit and cake fingers, all very yummy when dipped in the chocolate, kinda like a choc fondue.

RUBY, just been to the grocery with Trolly boy, we have food! Sausages going on the grill as we speak, they should not take long to be ready. Someone just sent over a dish pan full of potato salad, sausages and potato salad should hold you over. I have tomatoes to slice, and fresh bread, think that will do for today?

What is this drink that requires food?

No TimTams? I came all the way to Australia, and there are no TimTams? OK. Shrimp on the barbie is fine. I always wanted to say that anyway.
