Very wise advice, Brenda. Suzy.... you need to think about yourself and let Dana show her true colors to the others again. You can then be smug and say "you two sure have short memories"..... and "I told you so".

I'm leaving for the closing in 10 minutes. I must be nervous, because I've been worshiping the porcelain god this morning. Oh, well.

I'm back and the house and property are all mine now. There's only one small problem with it. The previous owner had replaced the kitchen faucets, and hadn't completed the hookup to the water pipes. That should be easy for my plumber friend to complete.

Oh, yeah.... the realtor told me that since I'm using it as a bunk house for my employee, the entire payment is tax deductible. I LIKE that.

Good advice for Suzy Brenda... I couldn't agree more.
June, good news that that friend is feeling bossy for now and more importantly, the pain is manageable...When a person doesn't hurt, they feel like they can conquer the world and right now,all of you need that outlook to take hold for awhile to help keep the blahs at bay. Hugs for the wanting..Peace.

Heidi...congratulations on the new property.

Tami, thanks for your sweet words..they mean a lot to me and I'll be sure to let you know when I'm coming back down there. I'm looking for Mike and family to come here in August so I don't know when it will be....Did I tell you that the Condo I almost bought was in Tamerac? Sure would be nice to have known you back then...I might have become your neighbor..lol

Mamacita, It would have been wonderful to have you as a neighbor. Glad that Mike and family is coming for a visit. Your granddaughter was a real sweetie, but I forgot her name.
Heidi, glad things are working well for you. That is a nice bonus to get as a tax deduction. When you do a good deed, good things happen back.

Just heard on the news that the U.S. has dropped all charges against Osama bin Laden. How were they planning on having him on trial? A seance???

I was kinda wondering the same thing, Tami, when I heard it on the news. I also thought that it was a backwards sort of justice if they execute him first, then drop the charges.

Morning all,
Happy Birthday MizT, I hope you have a wonderful day ♥

Have to say I was surprised to see the notification on the other page since I thought it worked on US time...

Hubby is home but hasn't spoken to me yet. It is going to take a long time for me to trust Dana again and he is going to have to accept that.

Heidi, great news about the closing and the tax deduction!

June, fantastic news about friend's pain!!

Suzy - I hope things soon get better between you and hubby. You two are meant to be one anothers main support. Dana may be best left to her own devices - no family help - for a while.
Nobody tells you when you have these cute little babies that they will grow to be teenagers one day - but I can tell you that most eventually reach some level of maturity.

I had posted the other day about my RHS (Red Hat Society) friend Rose who had a stroke 3 days ago. She just turned 88 in March. Saw photos from the RHS ladies who visited her in hospital. She looked pretty good. Please keep her in your prayers, VERY nice lady!
Planning to go to my parent's house for my 50th in October...VERY excited, still working details out!
Love & Hugs to all. Prayers for Rolanda's friend Sue's dad...Extras for you & Sue Rolanda!
That is all for now, TTFN all.

Sorry about your friend's dad Rolanda.

Good news Suzanne!

Just to clear something up, yes, I am upset about the cardigan, but I am more upset that hubby had a go at me when I said something negative about Dana.

Cardigan update: Dana came by to pick up the dress she had put in the dirty clothes here because she has to wear it tonight - I didn't wash it by the way. The black cardigan was 'still in the wash' at her place, and goes perfectly with the black dress she is wearing tonight....

Suzy - good for you for not washing the dress. Logic tells me that if she can 'wash' the cardigan at her place, she should be able to wash the dress there. Men are blind where their little girls are concerned. I'll bet he gets more upset about boyfriends than irresponsibility.
