Does anybody remember exactly when eaa left on her 12 week vacation? I really miss seeing her furry little nose here, as well as her brilliant sense of humor.

Okay Julie, Gail has asked the big question...you have us all waiting to find out where the keys were found...as Broni said..inquiring minds...
Heidi, you made me smile as I recalled our search for Jane's keys...it was fun as well as funny once they were found in the fridge...sorry the poor dog is reacting poorly...hope he is able to calm down w/o the trans...better for him and you.
June, I'm so glad you guys are able to make this trip work, and hope it's enjoyable...but it doesn't sound like my cup of tea...as hot as it is here, I'll take this over the cold and snow any day...I really hate being cold...Gail,,,my heart goes out to you with the house not having central heat, but I would imagine that it doesn't usually get so cold there that it would be a high priority generally...no fun for any of you. Hope relief comes soon with more tolerable weather for all of us.
Glad to hear Robert's dad is recovering but poor Robert is paying the price in getting back to chores in a seamless manner..Heidi...stop laughing just because it's funny...he,he.
Waiting now to get the hopefully good news that the test come back looking good for Al Miz T..you both are in my thoughts.
Talked more than enough...seems as if I've written a short story here...Be good to yourselves...you are worth it, one and all...Peace.

We're having a minor thunder storm right now.,, distant thunder and moderate rain. Hollie is glued to me. This is supposed to continue for the next several days. I'm glad I have a large supply of tranquilizers for the dogs. Unfortunately, we're trying to cut 25 acres of hay and have to wait for the ground to dry to do it. The grass is getting too old.

Greetings friends, we are home from the docs, and I have had a lovely 3 hour nap, just could not stay awake long enough to post here first. First, the good news. Blood counts are back to normal, there were no new spots anywhere, but the PET scan shows a little something at the site of the old tumor. Possibly scar tissue, it was a large tumor, and I feel certain it had to leave scar tissue as it was killed off. To be sure, we go Thursday to the ENT to arrange for a scope and possible for a biopsy. So keep those fingers crossed please. doc has said if it is still "active" cancer cells we will have to plan how to attack them next.

I am very pleased and encouraged at this results, if there is only a little something there after 3 months of no treatment, seems they almost got it all with treatment, and just a bit more should get rid of the remainder.

thanks for all the thoughts today, and I apologize for not letting you know we were home sooner, but I was just so very sleepy! I honestly think I was asleep same time my head hit the pillow.

Hugs to each of you, with extras for those who need.

Miz T, glad the news is positive so far. I agree that if the tumor was large, it would leave scar tissue. Continued good thoughts going out to you and Al.
June, I also have good thoughts going out to you and your family.

Morning all,
June, I hope Laura has a wonderful time in the snow and has great memories of the trip! I hope friend doesn't find the trip too hard. ♥ And it looks like I've missed you... drat.

Heidi, I laughed at Robert doing a Gil! Poor Holly. ♥ Not good. eaa has posted a couple of pics on that other page - beautiful as usual.

MizT, doing a happy dance over the test results! I'm not even muting it because of the chance of something left - it's going to be scar tissue!! ♥♥♥ (I'll keep some things crossed just in case though).

Gail, I'm getting too sedentary too, so I am off to get some ffuts done.

Great day wishes, hugs, and all good feelings to everyone!

By the way, I missed out on working today by 15 minutes, need to keep my phone where I can hear it , even when I am driving... I can always pull over

Coffee break! Got off my tush and got both swishy things going, some wet things on the line, pulled up a whole bunch of fire weed and picked up a bunch of twigs left on the ground after the wind yesterday... earned my break!

Rolanda, hope your mum gets good news at her appointment today.

I laid down for a nap earlier, and a thunderstorm started up (so no nap). Hollie HAD to come up on the bed for comfort, and she lost control of her bowels on the bed. Poor thing. She couldn't help it.

Time to turn in here, I cannot believe I as sleepy again! Hope it does not vanish soon as I lay down.

Tomorrow is my day at the hospital, I get squished and MRI on my back. Know that 30 minutes on my back is not going to be fun, but as doctor ordered, a big pain pill and a muscle relaxer fore I go, Reason Al has to drive me, I cannot drove after a big pain pill, only after tiny ones. Appointment isn';t till noon, so I should drop in in the morning.

Heidi, so sorry about Hollie, and your having to clean the entire bed, yuck. Hope you have no more t storms tonight, both for the dogs sleep, and for the fields to dry. We are forecast rain for next couple of days, and we need it, at the moment it is ccool and nice outside.

Good night Moon, See you all tomorrow. Hugs to each of you with extras.

It is raining here, just a drizzle. Al needs lumber delivered, and if it rains too much, truck might get stuck, he is worried about that. I do think it will take more than a drizzle to soften up this baked hard soil. Hope I am right.

Suzy, that is a lot of ffuts for one day, yes, you deserve a break, you earned it for sure.

Rolanda, hope your Mom's appointment is good.

June, know you are gone now, but enjoy the trip for you and family. Hope it is an easy trip for friend.

I'm on a roll! Some wet things look a bit shinier too! And more wet things swaying on the line getting dry in the wind. House still looks like a bomb hit it though! Too much stuff! We have to throw some things away! Or give them away..

Wow, Suzy broke the site!
MizT - such good news! What a relief for you both.
Heidi - this probably sounds ridiculous to someone as practical as you but a friend of mine who has an old dog which gets incontinent on occasions, has doggy diapers for her. Anyway, poor Hollie, hope she settles.
Hugs to all, especially June and family, MizT and Al and Hollie.

Finally got to visit my Mum today after 6 weeks of flu. She greeted me with delight but also as if she had seen me recently. I feel relieved to have seen her and know she is OK. She chatted happily to me in gibberish for about 45mins before getting tired. For conversation, I was picking up her photos and bringing them to her. I showed her one of my Dad and said to her - 'who's this?'. She looked at it and said 'Oh it's Philip' (Dad's Name) and then she kissed the picture, and said 'I'll kiss it because I never see him anymore'. Boy, did I have to turn away quickly and compose myself?

Increasing the risk of breaking the site again I have to share that, although Alie has a lovely voice, when she is experimenting with songs to see if there is a different way to sing them, they can sound really awful, and that's being nice!

Good Evening my friends.
Lots of love and hugs winging there way to all of you.
Probably won't be around much for the next couple of weeks, internet is way too slow at work, only four more working days of being bored silly and have visitors this weekend and will be pulling my boat out next week and working on it after that,

Richard has just let me know that we have a new car. Will be picking it up hopefully next week. At present it has a private number plate on it which has to be taken off, this takes a few days so it will not be ready for the weekend. It is 4yrs old but only has 14000 miles on the clock so is like new.
