Hi, again! I'm back - after flinging food and watching the Super Bowl with hubby.

Hi, Gail, Theresa, Heidi and Tami on page 541.

You're right, Gail, I was here early for me - trying to plan ahead due to the many hours of watching the game. I usually don't like to park in front of the TV for that long.

Theresa, please take care of yourself! Flu and heartburn will make for an unpleasant afternoon/evening! Do you have a comfy reclining chair for taking a nap? That might ease the heartburn! Since you had already put away the perishables, the rest could wait until tomorrow, along with other ffuts to do. Sure hope you're feeling better! {{{HUGS}}}

Heidi, I hope the weather cooperates for calving! If I remember correctly, you've moved the cows up to a closer and more accessible field. I hope that helps, especially for the nighttime checks!

Tami, Sweetie, I'm so sorry your Super Bowl party was ruined! Thank you for letting us know that it didn't involve Mr. Tami or the Beasties! Hopefully it also didn't involve Harley! {{{HUGS}}} I hope you're OK!

I'm going to post this before turning the page!

Hi, Heidi, Tami, Theresa, Gail and Suzy!

Heidi, what a great comment for a TOPP! Thanks for providing a grin!

Tami, we're all here for you! We hope everything is OK! Take care and have a good night's sleep. I imagine you have school tomorrow.

Heidi, the picture of the canaries is great! And you'll already have them on Wednesday! They must be relatively close to you! I agree with Theresa! They're beautiful! What color are your male canaries? (I know, you've probably already told us, but CRAFT's has set in.

Suzy, you're right - it does only seem like a month ago. I seem to remember Heidi saying she might change the time of year when they breed so that calving would be in better weather - maybe in the fall, I think. Again, CRAFT's rears its ugly head.

I need to check email, so will be back in a bit! Take care, Everyone!

Read one page, hunting what ws ging on in Tami's workd. Read about the fires out west, stay safe rolanda. thoughts and prayers for all affected. Teresa, hope you are feeling better, that heartburn and vomiting sounds like one of the symptoms I have had, I sure hope you do not have the 2 month bug!

today was not a good day for hubby. I am going with him tomorrow and we need to talk to both his doctors. Just treatment related stuff, but it is wearing him down so badly. Prayers for a better night for him, please. I did want to phone the doc today, but he talked me out of it, and seeing we can see docs tomorrow, I agreed., Hope it was the best decision, but I cannot throw him over my shoulder and haul him out to the auto kicking and screaming

The two male canaries are variegated. The male Fife is blue and white and the male Gloster is green and yellow. The babies will be all sorts of colors, but predominantly the mamas colors.

Ebob has a friend with a daughter called Cadence. There was a discussion about people always calling her Candice. I said when I get confused I always think 'it's the musical one' - which was greeted by blank faces all round, including from her father...

We have a 'guest' for the night. The story is that he doesn't want to go home because he caught his parents smoking weed after they promised him they wouldn't, his aunt will take him in but not until tomorrow because she has guests tonight. Feel very vulnerable after the stuff last year, but also feel that I have to show trust.

My computer also feels vulnerable as I have a message that I have viruses and it is trying to download a file to fix them. I've gone offline and am running a virus scan independent of that message to see what it finds... obviously I can't submit this until I go back on line.. Okay, virus scan came back clear... nearly fell for it!

Yep Zusy if another program which is not your antivirus/spyware program comes up...run my little friend, run!
MizT, hope both you and Al survive tonight and don't forget to make notes on what you want to talk about.
Brenda, you asked the other day about Possum's op, he is rescheduled for the 14th of this month then we will still have six months recovery to 50% of what he was, if we lucky.
Heidi, take care doing the night checks on the cows, make sure you have your mobile with you.
Tami, this is what I love about all us lovely people on SA, we are here!
You laugh, I laugh.
You cry, I cry.
You jump off a bridge into river I gonna miss you.

Worrying about Tricia and Al. Hope they can sort out the radiation treatment. The burning must be awful.
Suzy I have had a few phone calls saying I have a virus and to go to my computer. I confused one caller by telling I did not have a computer.

I have read and I am thinking of you all.
Enjoyed the cooler day. Did some ironing but not enough! Trading table tomorrow so made two lots of plum jam. First lot is a bit too thick but second lot is OK. Also made a few cakes.
Visited MIL as well so feel it has been a good day. Off to bed soon as I did not sleep well last night(Think I had a pinched nerve in my arm, but it is OK today)

Thinking of everyone. Busy here at the moment trying to empty my bedroom as they are coming to take the roof off on Wednesday. We have so much stuff. A lot of the furniture will have to stay in the room as there is no where for it to go. It's going to be scary when they start on the roof as it is very windy here at the moment.
Then to make matters worse we (Richard and I) are going away for a few days. This was planned and paid for long before the builders were planned.
